Yo iba a le at mi carro a cambiar un eje. Y me Ordenaron la pieza y pague 235.00 y después pasó 3 semanas y mi carro se dano en NJ y decidí que era mejor venir por la pieza y un mecánico en NJ me La colocará para yo no pagar grúa.. pues después de hablar varias veces con cajera me dijo que no podía dar la pieza (25Lb)y después que hable con el Dueño decidió que si. Y resulta que pague uber al estación de subway y viaje a NJ y pague uber para llevar la pieza A mecánico y cuando iban a colocar me dijo está pieza no es para tu carro es para un Ford pero no El Tuyo all que Me enoje y okay ordene la pieza a un Ford cerca y si tenía solo que no podían aceptar la pieza que yo compre co. Este señor alo que me dirige de regreso a Brooklyn con la pieza pague uber subway y demás trabajo. Y le lleve la pieza oye está pieza no sirve para mi carro me puedes regresar mi dinero. Alo que muy grocers la cajera con u. Toño agresivo dijo que ella no aceptaría por qué. O regresa dinero aloque me comuniqué co el dueño y dijo que si me cambiaba o me ponía pero que llevará mi carro el nunca entendió que mi carro no puedo mover drum estado a otro y pagar 300-500grua lo mueva para hacer mismo trabajo . No puedo traer el carro y el Dijo okay la pieza te la regresar pero te voy a cobrar el 25% de lo que pagaste235.00 que con el pretexto que. El dealer que descuenta el 25 % por regresar una pieza que estuvo desde un Principio mal ordenada ??? Ellos cometieron el error ?? Y todavía tienen el descaro de quitarte el 25% ... yo debería de cobrarles por uber que pague 4 Ubers (32.00 más subway 5.50 más path train (5.50). Y me quitan 50 dólares

Got my car bumpers painted about a year back. Money isnt an issue for me. I just want quality honest work in a timely fashion because I work alot. I was told that because I couldnt leave my car for more than 2 days that it would be more money. The mgr said he would have to pay his guys OT etc etc. I was charged $1000..Average cost for painting car bumpers is about $300. I get my car back and the back bumper looked as if it was dripping as it dried. The paint chips off with any little bump. Terrible job! I wasnt given any money back, but instead told to leave the car and have it repainted. I refused because I did not have time and was pissed that the work wasnt done right the first time. Come to find out, they dont even paint at his shop. They take the cars somewhere else to paint. So he prob charged me the price to get painted, plus added his own fee for delivering my car. An honest mechanic would have said "Hey.I dont paint at my shop, but I recommend this place for you". This is just another mechanic that rips off people who dont know about cars.

Wish I could give 0 zero stars. Brought car for inspection, quoted $1000 worth of repairs. Said an important part could fall off any moment hence situation is dangerous, hence car is not driveable, also that if I didnt get the car inspected right away Id risk a fine of $65... per day. 1st lie: Went to another mechanic. Car need repairs, but is not dangerous. I safely drove up north 7 hours the next day. A bit different from a mechanic telling you to park the car RIGHT NOW, huh? 2nd lie: The fine for an uninspected car in New York is in the $70-$100 range, per time you get pulled over, not as scary as what he stated. 3rd lie: Mechanic hid a worn CV shaft, probably for future patronage?? Just so you know I got everything fixed for $480 at an honest mechanic upstate. My advice to potential customers: Avoid this overpriced, dishonest shop. My advice to the shop: Stop trying to abuse and worry your potential customers. Were not all dummies.

The break line on my car was kaputz since its a 2001, google suggested G&E and I took my car there in desperate need to get home the following day just after Christmas. The mechanic told me what was to be done showed me under my car and I felt was completely honest and up front and gave me a great price. My car also made it back to Canada after the repair being made for me same day. If your car breaks down in NYC take it to these guys. Shout out to the receptionist in there too, shes running that show.

Went to g&e for an oil change , they checked my whole car and found out my brakes needed to be replaced they gave me the best price and the most professional service ever ! If they never found out my brakes needed to be replace I would have to change my rotors which would have cost me a lot more money! I reallly appreciate their honesty and advice that I got I 100% recommend g&e to all my friends and family !

Dont go here if you need a NYS inspection. First off if you are not Latin, expect to wait for anyone that speaks Spanish to go before you. Anyways 2 hours later inspection passed but since the mechanic hooked up the computer wrong they couldnt give me the sticker. He charged me full price and I had to get the car inspected else where (where it passed without a problem).

Honesty, its the first reason Ill be a repeat customer. Great pricing, what I got when I found out I needed breaks and rotors. Friendliness, another great quality of this place. The owner Gus, has my vote all day when it come to car maintenance. There car wash is next on my list!

these guys simply cant communicate or speak english. besides that they put wiper blades on my car and it literally flew off the first time i used my wipers and cracked my windsheild in a rainstorm.. horrible experience. had to then buy myself a new windsheild.

Horrible business, rip off do not go here. They will take your $ and break something else in your car so you will keep coming back. Found out at the dealership that my starter was never replaced with a new one.

Love to wash my car here they wash it really good. They even take out your floor mats and wash them. I have rubber ones. And pass the vaccum in your trunk. Amoral on tires is included dont have to pay extra.
