I live in Brooklyn, NY and anyone who lives in that borough or New York City as a whole knows the wars you experience with side street parking. As such, I suffered a cracked and scratched bumper to my 2013 Nissan Altima from an anonymous fellow New Yorker. After looking at the list of Nissan affiliated, as well as certified, auto body shops, I decided to take my baby to Precision Auto Works and trust me they are more than worth the abundance of 5-star reviews you see listed for them on Google and Yelp. At first, I though with that many 5-star reviews there must be a bunch of fake reviews but I can guarantee you that these guys are the real deal. After only a week of work, they did such an amazing repair that the bumper looked better than when it came from the factory in regards to the paint finish and texture finish since the crack has completely disappeared as well as the scratch. My biggest concern was matching the paint color with the factory OEM paint color and the paint match they did was as good as you can possibly find. I am someone who is very detailed-oriented and trust me when I tell you that the repair they did was really incredible. You might find that their price is slightly higher when comparing them to other well rated auto body shops, but if you want the repair done right and with the highest level of quality then trust me they are more than worth the price. The experience I had with Precision Auto Works is by far the best experience I can remember having with any company in regards to quality, customer service and professionalism. Firstly, they worked with me to find the best possible solution so that I could pay the lowest amount possible since I was paying out of pocket. I want to give a special thank you to Chris Epperson for guiding me through the best option for getting the repair done at the best price for me. Secondly, they kept me updated with the progress of the repair and provided me with pictures of the progress and also followed-up with me after I picked up the car to verify that everything was good. They also detailed the car thoroughly after completing the repair. Thirdly, everyone there was so welcoming and professional that it was shocking based on the stories you hear about people dealing with auto body shops. They make you feel like you are really in good hands and after going through the process, from beginning to end, believe me you will be in GREAT hands with Precision Auto Works. A big thank you to everyone at Precision Auto Works!!!

After reading a few recommendations on Bimmer boards, and receiving quotes from a few places, I decided to go with Precision and its the best decision I made. In a pinch for a new control arm for my 2000 323i, I dropped it off one afternoon without making prior arrangements, and Abe took care of everything from start to finish. He listened as I detailed a list of ailments, presented estimates to me the following morning (as promised), and had the car ready to go within 24 hours, which included the replacement of the driver-door, power-window regulator! All this with the best prices around! The car drove out smooth and the service provided by Abe and the rest of the staff was top-notch! When I started getting a creaking noise in my drivers-side rear wheel (over 100K miles, after all), Abe and the Precision team came to the rescue, once again. They drove it around the block, propped it up onto the lift, and within minutes, diagnosed the problem as needing a bearing replacement. I got my estimate on the spot, and the car the following morning! (I wouldve gotten it the same day had I gotten there earlier.) Precision Auto Works has a loyal customer in me, which is great since I never thought Id be able to trust a mechanic based on some bad past experiences. Im even using them for oil and air filter changes, as theyre prices are just as reasonable as any Oil Change place, and their expertise on european models, specifically BMWs (in my case), seems unmatched. Im sure its obvious, but I whole-heartedly recommend Precision Auto Works. The facility is full-service, super clean, and most of, patient, friendly, and fast! See Abe at the desk and leave your worries at the door. Thanks again, guys!

I cannot say enough good things about Precision Auto. The brakes in our Land Rover were shot. I called every auto parts place in Astoria and New York City and they were the only ones that knew how to work with a older Land Rover in addition to being courteous and kind, wanting to help even over the phone. After bringing our Land Rover in, they drove my boyfriend and I to the subway station- they sent us an estimate of the work that needed to be done, worked with us on the price and told us (rightfully so) that there was a lot more work that needed to be done on our car, but didnt push us too hard into doing it. The work that was done was amazing, the price, again, was beyond fair, and the people there were kind, remembered your name, called every time they ran into a problem or issue with the car, and made sure that we were comfortable with what they were doing at all times. I was able to ask them question after question about what was going on with our LR and they were so patient in dealing with us, showing us how each part worked together and why that was the work that needed to be done in order to just get our brakes fixed. They even had our car washed while it was there. I am so impressed and grateful to these guys for running such an amazing shop in an area (city, state, and county) with hundreds of bad, dirty, cheap, crooked shops. This is the place to go and if youre looking at this review and this is a little out of your way- I will let you know that it is indeed worth it to get your car fixed correctly.

Our 2014 Jeep GC was rear ended and it took over 3 months for them to get it back to us. Ill give it to them, they were great at communicating but terrible with the follow thru and actually delivering good work. I could put down a laundry list of issues but the most egregious oversight was that my seat-belts didnt work. Theyd pull out, but wouldnt retract or stay. Looks like someone didnt install them back in right...it seemed to be a continuing theme. I was told that they wanted to keep it longer to make sure the job was done right. Well ok, lets bring it back in and fix the chrome trim that feel off because they forgot to click it in. Or fix the 4 wheel traction control light which they still never figured out and replaced actuator on rear differential; or the back hatch of the car will just close on its own because they couldnt figure out glitch or might have installed wrong strut. Car wasnt aligned, right side windshield cleaner wont shoot fluid, back windshield wiper now wipes the car, not the glass;electrical D.C. Plug in car doesnt work. Thats after having it back only 2 months. I appreciate them trying to make it right but after 20k in damages to fix a back quarter panel and 3 months time to do and get back a sloppy reassembly which they wanted me to bring back a third time, no way. Again, they were great with followup and communicating but when it came down to plain results and over all experience, I wouldnt repeat.
