I had a front end collision on my vehicle. I was going through insurance and when i told the guys at brothers they gave me an estimate of $1500. I later found out without any prior knowledge of the cost of damages they billed my insurance company $6500. The work they did is garbage they claimed they replaced the whole front end of my car but they just scammed my insurance into paying more money for original parts. When I received my car the air conditioning wasnt working so i brought it to my dealer to see what was wrong they said my condenser was broken, meanwhile on the receipt from brothers they supposedly replaced my whole a/c unit with an non-oem part. The dealer told me that the a/c unit was the original unit and that brothers charged my insurance company for parts they didnt even touch. Also, the paint on my car is cracking and i went back and asked them if they could fix it and they took no responsibility saying it wasnt their fault. Following up my discussion with them i went to another auto body shop and they explained it was poor prior repair/body filler bleeding. These guys are crooks! I do not recommend bringing any cars to these guys.

My car wouldnt start and my car was sent here by AAA after being towed. The problem with my car? Spark plugs and ignition coil. And you know how much an A$$hole they are? They are charging me $35 each spark plugs and $150 each coil. Multiplied by 4 it came up to $700+ just the parts. That not even OEM parts with just the phrase of "dont worry they are the best parts" Try checking autozone how much each part cost and youll see how crooked this guys are. And they are telling me that all coils are bad. I dont think so. Most of the time its just 1 coil. They just tell me that my car needs tune up. They didnt even bother showing me up the old parts that was replaced. To top it off they charge me $135 dollars for labor. Thats 1.5 hours of labor??? Just to change the plugs and coils?? You gotta be kidding me. It can be done in less than 30 mins. But wait theres more. They charge me $90 to reset the check engine light. Isnt that great. After arguing with the manager they brought down my bill by removing the tax I pay cash. I can even post the receipt as Proof!!!!

I had gotten into a front end collision with my 2012 Audi A6 back in October. My car was loaded with options, LED Headlights, Night Vision and Speed Sensors all over the car and I was nervous if a Body shop could get it back to the way it was without having any issues. I drove into Brothers and was met by this guy Pavlo (I think he was the owner) and he walked me through the entire job. He was very thorough and made me feel quite comfortable. Needless to say the car came out exquisite with all factory parts installed and all factory settings back. I could not have gotten it done better anywhere and it was done is less time frame than he quoted me. Thank you Mr. Pavlo for making my car brand new again. And thank you for removing all my scratches that was on the car that you removed for NO charge. You truly are a class act and a gentleman. I will recommend you to my peers if they ever need a repair or body shop.

These guys are working to give mechanics a good name. My alternator failed in December and they came (through AAA) to pick up my all-wheel drive Subaru with a flatbed tow truck. Couldnt have been nicer - on a brutally cold day. Now heres the kicker, just over a month later, the alternator again failed. I dreaded calling. I figured, without a doubt, theyll find a way to tell me its something else and charge me. But, less than a day after coming yet again to pick it up on that flat-bed tow truck, they called to tell me that the car was fixed and THAT THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE! Not what you would expect in Queens, certainly not what you would expect from a mechanic. The world needs more guys like this.

In forty years of owning a car, what I have hated most is auto shops; that is until I found these guys. Being female, I have often felt like guys got better prices and better explanations. I was first towed in six years ago after my alternator died on a rainy, cold morning. They were there in fifteen minutes but I dreaded the song and dance to come. They treated me with kindness and respect, gave me a very fair price and had the work done in two hours. They guaranteed it, parts and labor for an entire year. I have been using them ever since. I recommend them to everyone I speak to and would not even consider going anywhere else. These guys really are the best! Go with confidence.

The staff at brothers are so helpful & friendly- and the car service is impeccable! My car got hit twice-once while parked and another time by an MTA bus. Both times my car received a substantial amount of damage and both times the my car came out of the shop looking like it was never touched!! They do fantastic work here. I even got a lift by the owner himself to the nearest Enterprise so I could pick up car rental. I would not go anywhere else with my car. Highly recommended!!
