a bit confusion from geico, after a car accident, was very worried where to get my car fix. But the owner Ralph he is a very kind understandable polite man and passionate for his work. after my was car got fix it looked so nice more than when i bought. he also fixed another damages that my car had from my first accident long time ago. he is very responsible nice and honest guy...... i was very satisfy from his work. also i have to fix my compressor from the first accident i had because he founded out that the ac wasnt working as it should works and i didnt know it. lol. Ill deff in the future for another little things ill do to my baby car ill deff go to him. lol

Please be aware the review below me is from 3 years ago. Ralph, the owner, has been nothing but curteous and hard working. I had an accident happen in August of 2012 and my insurance company decided to fix it instead of totalling it out. And let me say, even though the work took an entire month, I could not be more pleased. Ralph fought for me as a customer against my insurance company to get all the new parts I needed for my car and even gave me a whole new paint job. My car looked better than when I first purchased it. I will continue to make the drive out to LIC to Big City Auto for all my major mechanic and body work. Simply cant be more satisfied.

This guy is absolutely crazy! NEVER let your car get brought here! I had my vehicle brought here after an accident by the police and this man wouldnt even let me insurance company know whats needed to release it. So now I have to take time away from work and being able to keep my bills paid just to make sure this piece of crap shop never received my business! I had a shop that I wanted my vehicle to go to and he would not let this happen! Customers beware!

The guy who runs this place is crazy. Terrible service. Doing the most basic parts of his job, such as releasing belongings from towed cars, fills him with near-homicidal rage. There is a great place down the street called Charles Auto Collision. Thats where I eventually had my car moved.
