Great! I am the kind of person that goes by the reviews. When my car was hit Sal & Ricky came by and help me out through the process, even getting me a rental car. I admit when I read the reviews I was scare, reviews are very important. BUT! This auto repair shop deserves better, they did an amazing job WOW! my car looks I just purchased it; brand new all over, they took scratches even small off. They even took care of my rental at the end. Thumbs up guys! Excellent job! Definitely; I will recommended Perfection Auto shop at Van Dam, L.I.City, NY. Note**I am also a business owner so PEOPLE! Stop writing these bad reviews when you know most businesses do they best to provide they services. I would have given them 5 stars, reason for 4 stars, customer service no good! Needs improvement; Other than that, they are great!!!! I also like to thank Cristian and David, they were very nice & attentive to me when I pick up my car. Good job guys!!!!!

We have a 2014 Camry and it got hit while in Long Island City. There were some guys from Perfection Auto driving by and they brought my car over to the shop. It was my first accident so I was pretty stressed out but they assured me it would be fine, they even brought me over to the rental car company to get a rental when the rental agency couldnt pick me up. When I came back to pick up the car, not only had they repaired all the damage but they had touched up other scratches and dents on the car that werent related to the accident. The car drives great and they were very friendly. We did have to wait an extra week but I think the work they did was well worth it the car looks as good as it did when we bought it. Thanks guys!

Pay close ATTENTION!! If you have a car you really car about, stay very far away. Before you even think of taking your car here, visit this place and speak to waiting customers there. I can tell you 9/10 people would say to stay away. A place with so much cars to fix with very little reviews and mostly poor would indicate STAY AWAY. Poor customer service, they lie a lot regarding when your car would be ready, and if your a perfectionist as this place seems to be check the parts they put in your car. Parts were missing and not placed correctly. Parts were very cheap by the way. Again visit and speak to customers before taking a car there.

If you have a german car I wouldnt recommend taking it here..speaking from experience.. Took them 3 weeks to replace my bumper and ine headlight! 3 weeks! When i finally got my car back there was an error code..which it didnt have before.. And my original mechanic found something jammed in my engine that was part of the front axle while doing an oil change...so i had to take it back and have their careless assess install it correctly where that part originally belongs! Gave them two stars because the paint came out good and they saved me some money.. But I definitely wouldnt recommend this place

EVO ENVY

I brought in my evo x to them. Christian the owner came and spoke to me personally about the process explained everything and told me not to worry he will take care of my car like it was his. Took about three weeks for the car to be complete as I was switching the paint from black to grey. Picked up the car it looks awesome everything was painted perfectly they did a wonderful job. I have and will continue to recommend anybody that needs a paint job or body work these guys are top notch.

I had an accident where my car was side swiped while it was parked over night these guys came towed my car to there shop where I spoke with my insurance so they can come look at the vehicle and everything came out perfect my car came back to me brand new like nothing ever happened to it. highly recommend this collision shop, definitely bringing my car back to them again thank you PERFECTION AUTO COLLISION!

I could not be happier with the paint job these guys did to my car. Amazing work! The paint is amazing as well as the color, they even went out of their way to paint some parts that were fading away. I highly recommend this auto body to anyone.

i got a new m6 but i was not satisfied with the color i bough it with so i brought it here and they made a great paint job on my car i highly recommend this body shop and it only took about a week to finish and the price was reasonable.
