Worst experience ever! Theyve carged me for 4 things, told me that car is ready and what a surprise... they "forgot" to change one engine mount. On top of that they throw out one part from my car. Guy promised to get me the new one... seems like its not going to happen. Even if they get me replacement part, Ive spent too much time already (have been here 4 times). Avoid!!! Update: Theyve put a wrong part and told me its ok now. :( Got the replacement part (not the same one but at least it fits) only after bringing the police officers (theyve been super nice) in to talk to the manager. On my way back I realized that birds from their shop made a mess on the drivers side window controls, they didnt bother much to clean it. UPDATE: Two months after putting new front shocks and struts at this store, both of them are broken... car needs time to stop bouncing. Theyre not able to do a single thing right.

We felt our wheel go flat and pulled over to check it, sure enough a giant truck sized nail had entered it. Were looking a round for a place and drove here fortunately it wasnt far from when we noticed our flat! We were seen right away, our car hoisted up promptly. Our car tire was patched up quick, and all our wheels were checks and fixed for tire pressure which was low on all wheels! This place might have saved us more then just on a flat! And all for $10 - this took less then 20min and it was the friendliest and easiest fix, so grateful to be safely on the road right now!

7pm on Monday evening with a ticket and an expired inspection sticker, I drove all over the place (South East Queens) looking to get an inspection done to no avail...only to be told by all were closed. I did an Internet search and found Punjab Auto I called and got a very pleasant person with a classic Indian accent who told me he was waiting for me. I got to site and got the inspection done in no time by these friendly efficient people. Excellent service. Would gladly drive across Queens again for and inspection by Punjab Auto Repair.

The employees are very rude to the customers... i was went to fix my tire bt they lied and put new tire without any conformation and charged me $120... after that use bad word to me like f**k & s**k to me and and very rudely responsed... i warned them bt thay didnt listen ... if i didnt went there i would never know that in the usa employees can treated with their customers like this... i recommend the people not to go their.... they r totally uneducated and dnt know any kind of manner.... jst try to cheat and earn money anyhow...

I went in to get my handbrake fixed. Was quoted for $50 and I accepted, thinking it probably required a serious amount of work. Guy got in the car, shake a bit and was done. Took less than a minute. Now, I accepted the charge (shame on me) but to charge someone $50 for something that clearly wasnt even broken? That seems a bit unethical to me and should you decide to seek their services, it should give you an idea of what you are in for.

Went there for Wheel alignment. They didnt gave me the alignment report. No proof of my problem have been solved. They just want me to pay for bringing my car in. Even you fixed it, customer needs the proof of the problem have been solved. I said him I am not paying without the report. He told me that he has never seen someone asking him for report. Well I care about my car. I wish I have recorded you and reported to 311. Cheaper

Witness one of the mechanics lie about pricing of simple replacement that I had done many times in the past costing <$100 and reporting it was $500 (online replacement part $36). Also mechanic lied about car inspection process. Honestly, I felt because I didnt appear like members of his community/culture or spoke his language, he decided to take advantage. Would not recommend this place.

They put the wrong size tire on my car. I went through hell with these people. They tried to charge me for a ac compressor that was not broken and then put the wrong size tire on my car. These people then held my car hostage because they tried to charge me for a update tire. I had to call the police. I took them to court and they gave me my money back. Do not go here.

These guys are the masters of town cars. They are by far the cheapest and fastest place youll find anywhere! Ive been going to them for nearly 15 years now. Ive had engines replaced, body work, shocks, tires, breaks, pretty much everything you could imagine. The best thing is they are open 24 hours 7 days a week. I have zero complaints about these guys.

These guys used to care. Now they just want to rake in the money. Their work has never been great, but at least they used to give you a good price. Now they wont talk politely or offer a fair price, so I use any of the smaller garages dotted around 21st street, where the smaller guys are more aggressively offering good service and low prices.

I changed the brakes in the night here at punjab than I came here for an alignment the next day. And the guy who did my alignment suggested that I need brakes huh. Total Scumbags. Be careful take your business somewhere where you can be appreciated. This shop is full of thieves.

Hate that place the garbage people the charger more and do less work never do right alignment theyre going to charge you double price on your credit card . Owner is big time ripoff you pay cash they charge you different prices you pay credit they charge you way much more

These guys are crooks. I went there to stop a screeching noise when I brake. These idiots put the wrong kind of brakes on my car. They also put the wrong way. I had to go to a Nissan Dealership to correct the mistake. DO NOT GO HERE. These losers will wreck your car.

Great place to get your car fixed. Open 24 hrs. Especially the night manager name Imran is a very knowledgeable and very good person. They have been around for a long time. Really quick service. You are in and out in no time.

Dnt go to these guys they Ill rip u off and take advantage of your frustration that ur car broke down over charge u be aware their couple other workshops on 21 st u could go in and get estimates of work u wanted to get done

Im an uber rental car driver. They warmly invited me in to the shop and then sat in an air conditioned office. Told it was only a 1 hour wait so far very happy with attitude. Im sure theyll make the brake stop squeezing.

Nope. Dont do it. Theres no accountability. For example. Asked for my tires to be rotated and filled. All tire still very low after. So many problems there. No time to list.
