I have 99 Explorer and has electricial problem, everytime I put my door lock fuse no18,the reverse light is always on and battery drained dead,I stopped three shop and nobody take it and they said I got big electrical problem and finally I stopped this shop and the owner Robert, he checked and found it 3 wires burnt out under car mats and he fixed it.He is really professional ASE mechanic,the best shop in Brooklyn...honest,experienced mechanic,good prices and best warranty ..highly recommended.....I read the comment the guy,Martin Sz who gave bad comment to Mandalay Bay Auto....He should checked it before he comment that is right shop or what because Mandalay Bay Auto,they dont do alignment service or they dont sell the cars either,what a idiot! he comment wrong shop,may be he comment to Net Partner auto service next door who do car sale and alignment service,same address. Mandalay Bay,my friend, he will never do that customer like that and he is the best guy I know.

This shop is becoming a hit or miss. They used to be ok, but the last 3 or 4 times Ive been here its just been bad. I went in for wheel alignment, they said the bolts were rusted in and they couldnt finish it, still charged me for it, had to go to another shop who did it without issue, I think they tried to loosen the wrong bolt here... Control arms, they did a bad job and my arms were shot 6 months later. Paint job, 1 year later paint looked faded, they must have used cheapest clear coat on the planet. Rear windshield, it was not centered perfectly and they left black goop all over the place, looked horrible ended up selling that car. Prices are pretty high for the service. They usually have low wait times, they are bad at diagnosing problems, they will make you fix 3 other things before they find the correct solution. They are just too old already, they would probably be a good shop for 1990s cars not 20xx cars.

Great job, completed timely, honest workers who told me what I believed to be wrong with my car (damaged ball joints) was not really damaged (just dried up due to water from salt and snow on ground) and offered a more affordable option when they could have done and charge me the more expensive option

came in here for a state inspection. the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about my car. after the inspection was done they checked out my car and they told me what it needed with no pressure. i left as a happy customer.
