These guys were recommended by a friend and I bought into their crap like an idiot! My right rear qp was damaged and, though I still had time left on my lease still, I didnt want to drive around in a damaged car, so even though I knew theyd lie about the price I went ahead with the repair, mostly because this Danny guy told me that Nissan will charge me more than double so i "might as well" and guess what? Rip me off they did! After giving them almost a grand, today, I paid a cool $511 more for the repaired by them damage! Yes, its less than what I paid for the so-called repair, and would be the same amount of I didnt repair it, the reason Im being charged again, however, is because THE PAINT THESE IDIOTS USED DIDNT MATCH THE REST OF THE CAR!!! For some reason a "quality job" and a story of how "they use the color made by Nissan, come by before the lease is up Ill fix it, it looks good like that dont worry" is the same thing to these sorry businessmen wannabes, what kind of a body shop cant match dark paint? Seriously? You should be ashamed of yourselves! If I were you Id quit simply out of professional embarrassment. Normally, I wouldnt even bother writing this review, I just feel that everyone else has the right to know the level of craftsmanship they can expect from this ghetto bodyshop, moreover, the owners need to understand that if you lie and rip people off you should, at the very least, at the really, VERY LEAST do a good enough job so the customer, already being ripped off by you, doesnt get ripped off the second time, oddly enough for less... In other words - if you dont want to get charged again by the cars manufacturer because the quality of the repair was about as bad as if it wasnt repaired at all - stay the hell away from this place. Really, I had a good laugh about this situation and moved on with my life, just know that if an opportunity to make their lives difficult presents itself Ill think about giving it a go, think long and hard. Edit: I forgot to mention that someone has taken out all my meter change, not much, about $40 worth, took the car charger for my iPhone and scratched my seat. I know it will come back to them, it always does, however, when I think of how greedy, insecure and unprofessional one has to be to steal out of the customers car... All I can do is laugh.

I do not recommend this company to anybody. They are a bunch of scam artists and racist! They guy came to pick up my car and told me it was $200 cash only. I gave him the $200 and when I looked at my receipt, the receipt said $150. As I went to go tell him, he sped off really fast. Called the number on the invoice, the same guy picked up and started screaming out racist slurs calling me a stupid Arab. Saying I should go back to my country and that hes glad he took advantage of me and that I should have learned how to read and it wouldnt of happened. He also said he knows where I live and I shouldnt feel safe. Also called me cheap for the kind of car I drove. This company is completely unprofessional. It has to be the owner of this company that said all of this, because he is the one who answered the phone when I called the number on the invoice. He also threatened to do damages to my car. Completely unacceptable!!! If you know whats best... dont use the company at all!! 0 stars!!!

I was in a no fault vehicle accident and i phoned Cyclone. They immediately arrived on scene and towed car to shop. Here at Cyclone i was greet by a really nice guy who goes by the name Danny. he assured me my car was in good hands. He handled the insurance company and made sure im to be place in a car rental that would match my cars cost. i was then given a 2017 Cadillac XTS at no cost to me while my car was being repaired. Today i pick up my 2013 Infiniti M-37 and was instantly pleased with the quality of work Cyclone performed. im a very happy. thank you guys (especially Danny) at Cyclone for treating me with dignity and for doing a tremendous job on my car. my wife is also elated. Me being a business owner my self, i know good quality work when i see it. Hands down you guys rock!!!

VERY GOOD SERVICE ...AMAZING WORK DONE TO MY CAR .ALL DEALER PARTS WAS USED TO REPAIR MY DAMAGES AND I GOT MY CAR BACK VERY QUICKLY WICH I THOUGHT WAS A GREAT THING .I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.THE OWNERS WERE VERY CARING TO MY NEEDS AS WELL AS WORKERS AND THAT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED .....I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP TO ANYONE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING A BAD SITUATION ALOT BETTER .

I had a wonderful experience I was constantly getting ripped off by other body shops. Then I finally found a place that did incredible work for me and treated me with respect. The best part they didnt try and rip me off like other places they were great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs body work.

One of the owners of the shop drives a NISSAN and his license plate is EEB9620 ... He tried to scam me this week and I caught onto him, so I reported them to the Department of Consumer Affairs. They informed me this was the 15th complaint this year against them, so WARNING. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS BODY SHOP !

If I could give -5 stars I would. The people who run this place are scumbags. Theyre cheaters and scammers. Beware! They will tow your car and hold it against your will. They damaged my car while it was in their yard because I didnt want to used their shop to fix it.

horrible people , when they tow the car they damage the car . cant do a proper job !!! learn how to tow !!!! and claim like it wasnt them , liers !!!! dont ever ever go there to visit them and have to doanything with them !!!

Brothers who run this place are friendly efficient and honest . They fixed my car in no time and even gave me a rental for free .
