It was really bad. I dropped my car off at 12 pm and I called them back at 4:30. Pm. They said they didnt even look at my car. Ok I understand people get busy. An hour later they told me that my head gasket was messed up and they need to send it down some where to look for a hairline crack on it. I said ok how long will it take to fix . He said about four days. Smh. I understand its a big job but when I asked him how much he said $1500. This is a joke it only cost 750 to 850. I read up on it. His prices are too high. When I went to pick up my car he left my keys in a convience store. I started getting upset and as I went in my car the handle to put my front hood up was broken and the broken piece was conviently placed on my dashboard. Thanks for nothing. Going there costed me more money then coming in. Dont go there trust me you walk in with one problem and come out with a new one.

This place is garbage. I went there for a diagnostic on my overall vehicle and was greeted rudely by the mechanic. My vehicle is older, 2004, that has been cross country multiple times so its obvious it would need some work. When I told him that it already had work done on it that I did myself or my brother in law did, he said it had never happened and Im basically a liar. I cant make up brand new brakes or tires. Also made a note that it would cost me about $2,000 to get it to pass the NY inspection which was an even bigger joke. Im not sure how different Californias inspection is from here but if it passed there with no issues then I highly doubt that it wouldnt here. Overall, if you want to get your car worked on by this snooty know it all, idoit mechanic thatll ultimately cost you an arm and leg, then this is the place.

If youre in Bay Ridge and have car trouble, this is the only place to bring your car. Jimmy and the rest of the guys over there are outstanding. They have done everything for me from routine inspections and oil changes to the $12,000 repair after a high speed collision (got hit at 65mph, when they were through you would never know the car had so much as a fender bender). These guys are fair and do the right thing by everyone who walks in the door.

Im not one to know much about cars but I do drive one from time to time. Im not originally from Brooklyn so finding a place I could trust was a little worrisome. From the first time I dealt with (Jimmy and George) they were more than friendly and easy to work with. Very nice guys...and they do great work. My advice would be to call and make an appoitment since they are always busy.

Jimmy & George hands down the most fair, honest, and reliable mechanics in Brooklyn... The only place I would bring any vehicle...from start to finish.. you wont find a better mechanic and a better bunch of guys... True business men... Thx 4 everything.. Charlie

They are honest and communicative mechanics with fair prices. I agree with the other reviewer that they are refreshingly free of attitude towards women customers. They also never laugh at my beat-up old car. A great neighborhood business.

Want to get ripped off - go to these guys. Yes theyre very nice for a conversation and chit chat - wait until you get the bill! Avoid these guys unless you have money to spend.
