These guys are great! My 13 year old Subaru Imprezza wagon was rear-ended by a heavy car. There was not much apparent damage to my eyes. But viewed from the lift the supporting damage was visible. The other cars insurance paid for damages and New Xcell did the repair. My car looks new (at least the part New Xcell worked on). They even did a few extra touch-ups and returned the car, in very few days, beautifully clean -- really almost detailed. I am completely satisfied with their attention to detail, the pleasant and courteous service and willingness to represent my interests with the insurance adjuster. The price to the insurance company was quite reasonable, well within the companies guidelines.

Avoid them by any means! I had a pretty bad experience with them. I was looking for a mechanic soon after I moved to Brooklyn Heights when my 2005 Camry started giving me problems. I decided to try New Xcell - they changed the battery then the alternator… The problem, however, persisted so $850 later I went to a different mechanic on 4th Av. who found the cause of the problem – a distributor cap. He replaced it and I never had the same problem ever since. New Xcell are biggest crooks!

Small and efficient shop on the corner of Old Fulton and Hicks. Unlike hundreds of alternatives, all 3 bays are clean and actively used to work on customers cars. The parking lot has an assortment of Japanese, European and American cars. Nevertheless, the manager (Ronny) and his techs are very knowledgeable about BMWs. They knew the usual "weak spots" of 3-series rear suspension and use quality OEM replacement parts (not the cheap junk).

Phenomenal place. They did a ton of work at a reasonable price... much lower certainly than the Honda dealerships Ive gone to (which is perhaps not a surprise, but I got dealerships priced pretty low with discounts). Moreover, they did the work well -- the car hasnt drove this way in years! A friend recommended them and said hes their mechanic for life. Now I feel the same year. Eric is definitely the guy to talk to.

This place is great quick and easy. I recently had a bad experience after going to the nissan dealership to get my oil change and inspection. They had told me it would take 3 hours with an appointment. After going to New X-cell, it took a little over 20 minutes and they did an amazing job. Will definitely go again and recommend to my family members.

Simply one of the best shops around. I have an old Land Cruiser and have been looking for someone who specializes in these to work on it and these are the guys and this is the shop. They have been around for a very long time and have serviced many of these cruisers.

Ive depended on Xcell for over 8 years and 2 cars. Theyre very straight-talking, competent, honest and fast. They look out for you and take your side when it comes to keeping the bill down. Youll be disappointed if you go anywhere else.

Joe and his shop are awesome!! They saved me nearly $800 that a "reputable" shop up the road was trying to hose me for. New Xcells work is solid, the price is right and they give it to you straight. A+ service, highly recommended!!

Excellent work. Had brake trouble in NYC, 100 miles from my home. XCell got it fixed in under a day and got me on my way. Price was well within ballpark. Responsive. Curteous. Couldnt have treated me better.
