My money was wasted. Poor quality "repair" that lasted only 3 months. The screen on my iPod was shattered. Apple would have replaced it with a brand new iPod for $85. I thought I was being nice by allowing Quick Fix, a small local business to do the job for $65. Mistake. Poor quality. The replaced screen was not flush with the case as before. The power button and volume buttons are difficult to push from day one. I thought to cut him slack and not complain. That evening I noticed I was able to see in between the screen and the case, in other words it was not sealed and the possibility that water, liquid, or dust can enter and completely damage my iPod. I brought it back the following day and he added more glue around the case. Three months later, I am unable to push the power button. As I said earlier, it was difficult to push from day one because the screen was not inserted all the way in the case. Again, now I cannot push it at all. If the battery drains I will not be able to turn it on. Now he wants an additional $40 to repair his poor quality repair. Doing so would cost me a total of $105 for a poor quality, temporary repair when I could have had it replaced by Apple with a brand new one for $85. I figured out what I really paid for. Excuses.

I have had at least 10-15 repairs done here. Were an Apple family full of phone and laptops. The easy repairs like damaged screens are done for half of an Apple store with an emphasis on fair price and quick speedy repairs, even while you wait. The owner (I can not remember his name) is always the one you speak to. Friendly, honest, and that is absolutely the reason I dont go any place else. Interesting problem happened to my Mac Book a couple of months ago. The Geniuss at Apple didnt diagnose the problem until the 2nd time I brought it to them at a different Apple store, (thanks for wasting my time). Wanted 800 for water damage. I came here, forgetting he works on Laptops since we mostly repair our phones, as a last repsort, $300, repaired same day. He asked why I didnt come here 1st. What else can I say. Last week, I dropped my phone in the gym, screen at the side came apart, I went in, waited 20 min, got him a coffee from Dunkin donuts down the block. Came back, phone was ready. Im not petrified if something break now. It happens, you need a reliable service like this and dont need to look any further. 5 STARS.

This place is what service is all about. We all have Smart Phones and sadly if the screen breaks or theres even the slightest issue life stops short and we cannot live anymore. That is exactly what happened to me this morning. My iPhone screen shattered and I saw black. So of course I freaked out and started searching the Web for a place near me to fix it without ripping me off. I found this store and met my match. The nicest people in the universe informed me they can have it repaired with a new screen and a free screen protector included within 15 minutes. All I had to do was sit back in my car and wait. Sure enough not even 15 minutes later I come back in and they hand me my awesome new iPhone looking as if it was fresh out of the box. And all for $100 --- note it was a super bad break. The sigh of relief that left me when they returned it basically said it all. Back to work I go! So, if this is your neighborhood and this happens to you, I dont think youll find better, faster and more reliable service elsewhere. Thank you kind Sirs of the tech world!

Im giving this store a 5 star rating because of the great service at this store . After my phone cracked , the screen was changed the same day . The next day there was a slight issue with my phone . I bought it back and probath who is very professional , reopened it , fixed it for me and didnt charge me anything . Very happy with this store . Will def come again and recommend to my family and friends .

Amazing experience! Amazingly friendly store owner, great, quick, efficient, and inexpensive service. Fixed my iphone charging port for a great price and fairly quickly; i did not have to wait long. He also told me to come back if I have ANY issue with it and hell fix it for no charge! Really positive experience. Would definitely use again (hopefully I dont need to ;-) but highly recommend!

My Desktop PC had suddenly stopped loading up on Thursday Morning, went online and found this shop. Brought the PC over that same morning and the computer was ready to be picked up Saturday evening. Computer works great again! Definitely recommend this guy if you need a repair done.

Great service. I came with with an iPhone 4S where the home button didnt work, cracked back panel and that went to annoying voice control five times a minute. He fixed it in three hours and gave me a phone thats as good as new for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Walked in and was greeted warmly right away. Very professional work done right in front of you eyes. 15 minutes to change iPhone screen and place a new tempered glass screen protector. Great prices as well! Will definitely be returning in the future!!

My macbook pro had water damage from a flight attendant spilling a drink on it. The keyboard was totally shot and apple wanted $450 for the repair. Quickfix replaced the keyboard for $79!!! Highly recommended. A +++
