Terrible terrible terrible!! I went to that place for keratin treatment when I first walked in I asked which keratin product they are using she showed it to me I read the label and I asked her how my hair should look after the treatment.I was convinced and I told her OK lets do it . first,she dont use the shampoo that comes with the keratin she use the regular shampoo.second , she didnt dry my hair. she put a product which I was suspicious about not to be the keratin she showed me???!!!. Third, she was very cheap in using the product with a small spray bottle that I didnt know what she mixed in !!! Fourth, when you asked her about sth she give you attitude and not only the one who did my hair all of them very rude and they talked about the customer in their language.fifth , she processed unprofessionally and fast.eventually, my hair came out like flat ironing my hair at home

Horrible experience with this salon because they dont know how to behave with customers and are extremely rude with customers. The haircut was awful and I would never recommend for anyone to go there. Waste of time and money. Staff is awful. Charged extra money for no reason. Especially two old ladies that dont know how to deal with customers, they are mean and rude. They didnt give me the person I asked for and instead gave me an inexperienced person, and my hair was the same as before.

Its a small place, and can get a little busy sometimes but I came twice and both times did not wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen without an appointment. The girl who washes hair does a great job and massages your scalp and hair so nicely you may just fall asleep. I had my bangs trimmed the first time I came in and a haircut the second time. The staff is friendly and nice and in general, it is a good cut and at a cheap price. Will go back soon and definitely recommend it.

This place used to be good. Not anymore! Seriously, dont waste your time and money here. I wanted to tone my hair and it looked exactly the way it did when I came into the salon. No Change. When I tried to explain it to the worker, she argued with me and was being rude. They are lazy and use tools for everything. I could have curled my hair with an iron at home! And not pay $30 for no reason. Very disappointed!
