Had my eyebrows waxed. Wanted gel toes too. I asked for thin ends, but she took off way way too much. she removed the whole end. I only wanted it to be thin. There is hair left underneath, the little hairs that should be removed with wax. She didnt wax the middle of the brow. There is no arch. And because she removed so much from the one I didnt want her to try and make the other match because, idk I didnt want both my eyebrows missing. She was friendly, but no English. However, she should understand the meaning of thick and thin and the difference. Im not the type of person to make a scene so I paid and left. But even tho I couldnt understand her I could tell she was trying to blame it on me when I cancelled the pedicure. Upsetting cause Ive never used a brow pencil, and ink going to have to pay again to have them fixed.

Well I went there a few times and kept giving them chances they always screwed up my nails and did designs I didnt want and forced them and last time I went there a couple months ago my nails were super big and thick and stupid looking. She waxed my eyebrows and I regretted it immediately, she cant speak English. They let their child run around the place screaming and it kept coming up to me and bothering me while Im trying to get my nails done and they just ignored it. Right before I left it ran up to me and smacked my ass. She saw and just picked him up and moved him, she never said anything they just pretended it never happened And I have never returned since

Ive been there twice now and have had a terrible experience each time!! Their customer service its awful, they are a little pricey and you pay for something that doesnt last. The first time I went in there she had a kid on her lap as she did my nails. It was not a relaxing experience, nor did she give me any kind of discount for the crappy job or crying child. I understand Im a mom but I went there to relax. Other thing is they said it would only take so long. It was double the time that they said. Dont go here. The one in Wal-Mart is better than this place!

Customer service is awful! I went there Sunday and my nails turned out horrible. Not straight, bubbles in them, and a totally different color! I payed extra for the top coat(no where else charges)and it did not make them shiny. I went back the next day, today. They refused to refund my money. Said they would fix it. All they did was file them and put more top coat. Now one nail looks blue(supposed to be black)there are more bubbles now and they are still not straight. Do not go here!
