My cousin booked an appointment for us the day before a wedding shower she was in. She wanted a mani/pedi I just wanted a pedi. Let me start out with the used the same creams and utensils that they used on the people before us!!! Then when we were done (at 7:30 P.M.) they tell her the girl who was supposed to do her manicure had left and no one could do it!!! We had to find another place to get her nails done at 7:30 at night!!! She had to go to the mall to get her nails done, they did give her a free manicure, but if I was her I wouldnt even use it. How dirty can you be to use the same materials on customers. And it was the worst peicure I have ever gotten, they didnt do anything with the skin around my feet, I can paint my own toenails and save the $45.00!!!! You go to get a pedicure to get your feet ready for summer not just to get them painted. HORRIBLE all around, will never return.

Cielo Salon is beautiful inside! It is very clean and the staff is very warm and welcoming. The receptionists are very accomodating and always call me the day before my appointment. Jessica Adams is my stylist there and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cut, color, or style. She is highly educated and experienced in hair care. Every person I refer to Jessica, male or female, becomes a lifetime client of hers.

Never in my life have I felt like I was the center of the universe.. until now. What a pleasant experience to be professionally pampered by the wonderful folks at Cielo. After 50 years of barber shop haircuts I felt like I died and went to heaven and was getting my hair cut in the green room. I will never go anywhere else. Thank-you Cielo!

as far as coloring goes, Sara is the best in Buffalo. Style and cut were also done superbly. She treated me like a friend, very comfortable surroundings and conversation. The shampoo and head massage alone are worth the cost. I would recommend her to friends and family, or anyone, looking for a new color and a new fresh look!

Too expensive and just not good enough for the price. Although it was almost worth it just for the head massage I got when getting shampooed. Nice place.
