I came to Northside because a few people gave me the recommendation. My bumper was damaged due to a small accident. After having my car quoted for the repair, they told me that I had to replace my air conditioner and my impact bar. At first I was a little dubious because they didnt look damaged to me, but went with the quote anyway because I thought theyre probably right. Then I went to another mechanic just to double check if I had to replace them, partly because the costly repair I had to pay extra for AC and impact bar. Turned out that they were fine. So I drove back and told the appraiser that I would want those repair to be removed from the service and just get the bumper done. Then the manager Bryant came and warned me with an almost cold and unhappy tone, "if you dont want the impact bar, just let you know that were not going to be responsible for any of the damage incurred by it. I dont want you to come back and tell us that its our fault". (those were almost his exact words as I remember). Personally I was very, very unhappy about what he said and his altitude. What hes trying to tell me seemed almost like threatening me if I am going to get into a deadly accident if I dont get what he wanted to replaced. Its like telling a patient in a doctors office that if you dont get treatment and you die. What he is concerned is only his liability and nothing about my personal situation. I would care less about spending money to fix those if he gave me a good explanation. But not only he failed to explain it, he showed how apathetic he is and doesnt care people who were in accident! All he care is MONEY! Not to mention he seemed so unfriendly and never really welcomed customer. I am not arguing the repair job, but just because you are thinking youre getting a lot of customers and you think you wont lose them, I can tell you that is wrong because I wont be going back there after my last one!

I had someone crash into me in a parking lot a couple months ago, and Northside is right down the street. I couldnt safely drive my car without the lights that were blown out, so I took it to the closest place. I have no regrets. Every staff member that interacted with either in person or on the phone was friendly and informative. I got regular updates via text messages and I never felt like I didnt know what was going on. They have loaner vehicles, but since there wasnt one available for me, they continued to pay for my rental vehicle after my insurance company wouldnt pay for it anymore. I was sad that I had to lose my bumper stickers, and they staff was sensitive to it. They worked great with my insurance company and I didnt have any stress from working with them. Unfortunately I hit black ice last night and hit a guard rail, so my car is going right back to them. I am confident that I will have another great experience with Northside Collision and I know that my car will be in good hands. -Jenn

I hit a deer with my truck this fall. It did a lot of damage. Being Northside is affiliated with State Farm, I went there. They exceeded my expectations. Fantastic customer service. They provide me a quality loaner vehicle. Called and checked in with me often to give updates. Their work on my vehicle was excellent. I highly recommend.

7 weeks later. Never got a loaner. Had my car back after 16 days but then had electrical issues. They never took care of it or gave a loaner. They claim its all a "misunderstanding". every issue Ive had was apparently a misunderstanding according to them (theyre way of trying to get out of it!). TERRIBLE experience!
