My vehicle had been damaged in the side(bottom of door, back quarter pannel, and front rim was scratched) during winter. They said it would take a week and half to repair. When the date came to pick it up, there was no call to say it was done. So I called and they said the painters were sick and they were behind painting and would done by end of week. End of week I called again and asked where the car was, I was told the car wasnt even close to being done and that they had given me the status of another car. They said they would call and update me on the progress in a few days. So they called in the following days and said they ordered wrong parts for the car and to repair the car correctly they were going to have to cut the roof off the car to repair it but they had fixed the back quarter pannel. This was after one month of having the car so I drove up and damanded to see my car and see what they had done. Saw the car and they had only taken off the damaged door, nothing was fixed at all. I was completely lied too. Had the manager call me the next day since he wasnt in. He called and said it was mistake I was told the roof had to be cut off. He then said it would done in week and half again. Again that time passed and no call again to say its finished. Once again called and asked where is my car. Was told it had to still be quality checked and detailed. I said just quiltity check it and forget detailing it since it was Friday and then I would have to wait till Monday just so they could detail it . Got a no on that and they would not release it till completely done. Come Monday finally go to pick it up. Some quailty check they did, walk out see damaged rim still on the car! Had to go back inside and say they left damage rim on. The guy said they changed the rim and hell go get the tire. He comes out and said oh it seems we changed the wrong rim. They had taken off my good back rim instead of the damged front rim. So had to sit and wait while that was fixed. When I got home noticed a nice new scratch below the head light from them. This whole thing took from an orginal car repair time estimate of a week and half to two months with nothing but mistakes and lies about what was being done. Now I just had the car inspected. Mechanic asked if I knew doors were different. Found out that the inside of the new door was painted gloss blue when orginal was a flat blue. Another problem he pointed out was the kick panel from the repair was painted on the outside but not the inside. So it is just bare metal and is already rusting. Car wont even make 5 years with this kind of repair before side is rusted out from their repair. Whatever you do, do not go to place. Its poor quality workmanship with poor customer sevice to match!

My daughter picked up her car after a fair turn around time. However they DID NOT CHECK to make sure job was completed properly. Her headlights are wired incorrectly and they would not work on it ASAP. Making her wait is not acceptable since this is a safety issue. I will update upon job completion. Update: Recieved a call from the shop first thing on Monday morning asking if we could bring the car back in earlier than scheduled. Work was performed quickly. Its Tuesday and my daughter called last night to let know her coolant light came on and that she needed to add coolant. Very unsettling as the radiator was part of the repairs. She said will call them today.

I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the work! My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! I was surprised at how they matched the color perfectly, as my vehicle has quite a unique shade. It was as if I got it off the lot again because of how shiny and clean it was inside and out. It was a little expensive since I was paying out of pocket but now I see it was worth it. I highly recommend this place and would come here again should I ever need to. The maintenance staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and passionate about their occupations. Front desk needs a little work however.

They are terrible with communication. They didnt even let me know my car wasnt going to be ready on the day they said it was! It took 3 weeks to do a 1 week repair job. They knew I was paying for car rentals out of pocket, too! They offered me nothing to make up for their terrible service.

Took my SUV there couldnt be happier with the finished product. Paul was very helpful in keeping me updated about the repair status. Picked my car up as scheduled and it looked like a brand new car again. Thanks to all the wonderful staff at Reading Collision.

My bumper was damaged from someone backing into my parked car. The work was done beautifully! They did a full detail on my car and it came back looking the way it did when I first drove it off the lot, even the inside was cleaned and smelled like cherry! Superb!

Their collison center is overpriced AND considering their price was double of their competitors its sad that they even messed up the repair! I had to go back twice to get the problem fixed and now its still making a noise sometimes while driving. Horrible!
