Had a pretty decent experience working with Vicki, despite the fact that my vehicle took over a month to be ready and the date was constantly pushed back. I waited and waited, and finally when they were ready for me and I couldnt be there right away, I got nasty calls from Adam who delivered poor customer service, attitude, and turned my experience from generally a frustrating but positive one, to absolutely horrendous. I gave them an $8k plus insurance job and he treated me like scum because I ran into a slight money issue which put me back a few days paying my deductible. All he cared about was his loaner car. Not the business he got from me. Not customer satisfaction and experience. Because of that incident, I will NEVER do business there or recommend anyone I know to do business there ever again.

this is an update of my initial review. increased from 1 star to 2, due to northsides attempt at fixing the mess they caused. however, they still didnt fix it right, a molding is still loose and reported by them as being fine. at this point, im pretty sick of bringing it back repeatedly in hopes they will get it right. my guess is that they just dont have enough skilled technicians doing the work and it shows. i had initially decided to go to northside due to its location and the fact that it is Geicos recommended repair facility. i fully regret going there instead of nick orsos. at this point, i can not recommend northside collision and even though i have Geico, i will go to nick orsos in the future for all auto repairs.

My experience with Northside Collision was outstanding! We got in a fender bender and ended up needing a new hood for our Mercedes. I was reluctant to use an auto body shop except for Romano, but they asked me for a shot and so I took it. Wow! I was impressed. The staff cared about our situation, helped us get a loaner and quite frankly did a perfect job. I cant tell that we ever got a new hood or had a repaint job, but we did. If we ever need an autobody repair job again, I guarantee were coming back. gary Bell and his staff genuinely cared about us as customers and earned our business. If youre looking at other places, Id tell you to go to Northside Collision.

Once again, Northside Collision exceeded all expectations. I have had nothing but great service at this location. The staff is the kindest, most helpful and efficient staff, and their work is exceptional. They take all the anxiety and stress of having your vehicle repaired from the moment you walk in the door. I would highly recommend them for any damage repairs needed.

Were very helpful and when they ran into issues, they called me right up. However, the emblem on the grill that was one of the items listed that they replaced, fell off over the winter as my car was just sitting there. Turns out, two of the prongs were broken and it had been glued back on. Come on, its a $20 part, just replace it.

I have found them to be very professional with an emphasis on customer service which is often lacking today. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate it when I come across it. I would highly recommend their services.

This was an outstanding facility. Having ones car repaired is never a desirable thing but Northside made the experience easy. I was greeted with prompt and efficient attention and offered a loner vehicle. The work was done on time and I was invited to inspect it with a service agent. I am totally satisfied with my repair.

Selected this shop for repairs following a minor accident. The reviews seemed favorable. No call back after my insurance company made contact; waited 10 days. Taylor was on the phone and offered no apology for the lack of professionalism and loss of current and future business to the operation. Disappointed.
