About a month ago I put my contact information into the Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse (Romano Motors) website. The Mercedes CLA has been my dream car for years and I finally decided to take the first step even if it was as simple as giving them my email. Within 2 weeks, they emailed me that they received the exact make and color of the car that I had wanted and offered me an amazing deal that was so enticing I drove to Syracuse that weekend to test drive the car. I was greeted immediately upon walking into the dealership by Pat Zimmer, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and explained all of the amazing features of the car during our test drive. He gave me an even better deal on the car then I was expecting, and I couldnt believe that I was actually about to buy my first car, and it be a Mercedes! The whole experience made me feel so good about my purchase and especially with the Mercedes brand. Pat even took care of ordering me my license plate so I didnt have to deal with the DMV at all, and also coordinated with my Insurance company so that he had both my registration sticker and insurance cards ready to be put in my car when I picked it up the following week. He also spent even more time with me when I picked up the car to explain every single feature in the car which was incredibly helpful considering I have never driven a Mercedes before and the controls/features were quite different from the previous car I was driving. Driving my dream car out of the lot that day is a day I will never forget and I am so grateful that I had such amazing customer service from both Pat Zimmer and the Mercedes Benz of Syracuse dealership. I am definitely only driving Mercedes from here on out and will undoubtedly continue using Romano Motors for all of my future car needs.

My wife and I bought a used Sprinter from Romano Motors in June of 2014. Shortly after taking possession of the van we received multiple phone calls from 3 representatives of Romano to make sure that I took the Mercedes survey about the quality of our experience with the dealership. After taking that survey the communication and attention has dived. It took them two months to get us the appropriate paperwork so that we could register the car out of state. The person who was in charge of this missed her own deadlines on at least two occasions. We were without legal permission to drive the van for a month. It is no fun making the payment on an illegal vehicle. The managers, who called so often for the survey, didnt even respond to my requests for help. Additionally the radio just stopped working, but the van is 5 years old and now has 10,000 miles on it. I emailed the service department, which generated an email confirmation, but weeks later they still havent responded. Cars are most often a large expense to us. I dont think that any expectations of the dealership should immediately stop after the transfer of the keys. We purposefully bought from a MB certified dealership, not "Bobs Corner of Cars". I would not buy from them again and I dont recommend that you do either due do their terrible communication and follow through.

WOW!! What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE working with Romano Motors! No BS, only a fast great deal done with no high pressure whatsoever!! MARK DAVIS was an absolute pleasure to work with and went out of his way to ensure my wife and I got the vehicle we were looking for. We live in Western NY and had a bad experience with our local dealership so we decided to branch out and try Romano about 2.5 hours away and ARE WE GLAD WE DID!! We only wish we would have went with them in the first place!! MARK BONO the general manager was awesome and very friendly and saw to it that we were happy with the deal and purchase. You dont see that many times from the GM of the dealership, as usually they hide in the back room and you never see them...NOT Mark Bono...he FAR EXCEEDED our expectations!! I will NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE FOR A MERCEDES IN NY STATE!!! I will happily drive 2.5 hours and encourage anyone else to do the same as you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! ROMANO MOTORS IS THE BEST AROUND!! A TRULY AMAZING CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND THE BEST WE EVER HAD!!! HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Our first Mercedes purchase and our first time at Romano Motors. From start to finish, the best buying experience weve ever had! Were sure there were many people behind the scenes that made this such a seamless easy purchase, but we dealt almost exclusively with Goran Girazov. No hard sell, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. By the time we arrived to pick up our ordered vehicle, Goran had everything ready, and we do mean everything! The paperwork was a breeze, the vehicle was exactly as we ordered, and Goran even set up the bluetooth to our cell phone. How nice to finally find a salesperson like this at a dealership thats efficient and friendly. I went to Romano MB with already high expectations, but I was just blown away by the entire experience. Every single person I encountered was so helpful, friendly, and all around top notch. Pat Zimmer was a pleasure to work with, and he made the entire process easy and fun. He patiently answered ALL of my questions (there were many, many), and he also went above and beyond - even after the sale. Not only did he give me a ride from another dealership where I dropped off my old lease, but then he spent a few hours walking me through all the features of my new car and also helped set up all the technology features. I own a 2001 Mercedes SLK 320 Convertible that is in mint condition. We always have the car serviced at Romano, where it was originally purchased. This dealership consistently returns the car washed, vacuumed and all work completed as promised. The service managers are professional and patient. They explain what needs to be done, the options and the costs. Mark Zbikowski is the individual that I usually deal with. Its helpful and reassuring to interact with the same friendly, knowledgeable person year after year. Mercedes should be proud of this dealership.

Got into an accident. The shop stated it would take 10 days to complete the job. It took 30 because they ordered new parts 4 times. When I finally picked up my car, it wouldnt start because they drained the gas. Within 10 minutes they were pouring 5 gallons into my tank. The body fix was excellent. The manager was pleasant to work with, though he gave me different pick up dates at least 8-10 times. I give them 4 stars because, even though it took a month, I am living with a permanent fix. No worries of repeated returns. Theyll do it right.

I cant say enough good things about my recent buying experience at Romano Motors. I have always wanted a convertible, but never even dreamed I would be driving a Mercedes. But, Pat Zimmer helped make it become a reality. He found the exact C300 I was looking for, made me feel at ease when negotiating a fair price, and definitely shared in my excitement the day I took delivery. My thanks to all of the people who worked behind the scenes to make it possible. I can honestly say I am now a permanent Romano Mercedes customer!
