I called to have an alignment done on my 97 chevy suburban and was told bring it in the next day. When i arrived they said they couldnt do it cause it was too big. What? A chevy suburban? Then why tell me to bring it in. Waste of time, so i called harriman auto and they took me the same day. My girlfriend also on several occasions tried to get an inspection there when they first opened and they didnt have inspection stickers but are advertising outside that they do inspections. For a while they didnt have any. Fast forward. She wanted to get an oil change for her honda civic 2011 and didnt want to tell me because she was way over so she went here because they advertised $20 oil change special and when she went to pay they told her 70 bills. She argued and they gave her a break but still these guys are the worst shop ive ever been to and will never go back. Not to mention the scummy people hanging around out front. Seems like a shady place and with all the options close to them your better off AVOIDING THEM AT ALL COSTS. Harriman auto is 5 minutes down the road and ive been going to them for 11 years with no problems ever. I even bring tires and stuff for them to install and they do it without hesitation.

Dropped off my car for an oil change and told the employee that I wouldnt be back by the time they closed so I would pay at that point and he could just lock the keys in the car and Id pick it up when I got back. When I made it back from the funeral I was at around 8 PM, I found the car was boxed in, the doors unlocked, a compartment that there was no reason for anybody to go into open as if someone was looking for valuables, no keys, and no receipt. I came back when they opened the next morning in a cab, already late for work, and someone who lived in the same building appearing to be the owner came down. He let me know that he got in later in the day and was the one who blocked me in, then repeatedly stated that that there was nothing that he couldve done that night before, and there was nothing that couldve been done to accomodate the inconvenience that he had caused. Forget about refunding me for the service that was performed or throwing in a free oil change...he wouldnt even reimburse the $12 cab fare. With so many places around that provide auto service, I would strongly recommend not attending an establishment that cares so little about how it treats its customers.

Be advised. Do not go here! Dropped off my car for a 60,000 checkup and was told I need new front brakes. Thought it was extraordinary I should need new brakes on a 2 year old car but was pressed so I agreed to have the work done. Only when my car was completed and ready for pick up was I told "cash only" and then I was given a receipt written on scrap paper. There is also grease on the fabric of my seats and door handle. Go someplace else!

My gf brought her car here spent over 1000 dollar to fix the car and the issue has still not been fixed
