I brought the car in for a 10 mins oil change and I ended up waiting for 1.5 hrs and I still cant leave. Charles was unable to reset the b1 indicator and eventually made the car inoperable because the ignition wouldnt start. I paid $50 for this service and missed a few other appointments because of this fiasco. Changing the oil on a Honda SHOULD NOT be this hard. Its only one of the most popular cars in the world.

The manager Charlie was courteous and customer friendly. Once my car was on the lift Fred the mechanic gave it the once over and discovered a few things (like putting grease on the newly installed brakes) that the Dealer didnt bother to do... Fred found a way to make all the necessary repairs and I left there with my car purring like a kitten!!!! Ladies, dont be afraid, these guys do a GREAT JOB!!!!
