Mr franzoso..I used your service back few years before and even though I need service again now for other projects like decks, roofing or siding I am skeptical if I should call you or not to be honest.....one of your top person came to do an estimate and it was around 4,500 dollars for two entrance doors..one was a custom door and the other door was the same measurement as the old one which was 28 inches(entrance door)...the installation was good...now I realized after all this problems that a 28 inches door is too small for a entrance door. your knowledgeable person should guide me on that and offer me a bigger door before he quote me with the price. He did not instead I feel he just wanted to look good with his talking and not tell me what was best options for me I trusted the guy and I believe on what he said but I feel bad because he did tell me what will be my best options .....now I have issues when I take out staff in and out because the door is 28 inches and it is not good at all..the door is good quality but it is too small unfortunally.. i wish we fix the mistake and get what i was supposed to get 36 entrance door....

Franzoso Contracting has done 3 large jobs for us on 2 dwellings: windows, gutters, and kitchen/storm door. The office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Appointments are professional and informative yet relaxed. The installation crews are specific to the job being done, so they are very experienced and efficient and they cleaned up at the end of each day. The pricing on the window/gutter jobs was competitive. The pricing on the kitchen/storm door was definitely higher than expected but we had lots of options and upgrades to choose from. Our old doors were from a general home improvement store, and after years of intense summer heat and frigid winters, the insulation was oozing out the window panes. The new doors "feel good" -- they are a higher quality than our previous doors and they feel safe&secure. We will definitely use Franzoso Contracting again.

When we bought our home in Briarcliff Manor we needed a new roof..Franzoso was recommended and installed to our utmost satisfaction. Twenty years later, when that roof was the victim of Hurricane Irene, and damage repair was needed...we called Franzoso again...thank God. The Franzoso rep came immediately, assessed the damage, worked with us to expedite insurance settlement, and before Irenes rains were gone, our home was back intact and all was well. Their expertise in home improvements and repairs saved us alot of unnecessary cost and grief, and their knowledge knowledge of coverage and working with our Insurance carrier was top notch. If Franzoso is involved, you need not go anyplace else.

They provided great advice on selections, performed the demolition and installation flawlessly and cleaned up so well you would never know that any work was even done. I got an estimate from Franzoso Contracting to replace my roof. I was told that all plywood needed to be replaced too and the quote was $20,000.00. I received two other estimates and both said that plywood was fine and if someone told you that it needed to be replaced, they were telling you this to up their price. Both other quotes were around $9,000. I obviously went with one of the others. I laugh at Franzoso commercial every time now.
