I first discovered Lisa DeMaria, stylist and owner of Salon Topaz 7 years ago in the Best of Westchester magazine, and I have been hooked ever since. It took me years to find a salon of this caliber and I dont see myself switching ever! Since I have been a client of Lisas, people are constantly asking me where I get my hair cut. Lisa completely transformed my short and frizzy hard to style hair, into a unique sleek contemporary haircut that is well suited for my profile. She is truly exceptional and I always look forward to being treated like a queen for the day by her warm, talented and professional staff. Some things are an investment, and this salon is worth every penny. I am so appreciative of Lisas skills, knowledge, and very personal customer service that I had to share it here.

I only have praise for Salon Topaz. Ive been a client for almost 3 years and have always been extremely pleased with both my haircut and the service I received. The salon is small and intimate and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff is helpful, attentive, courteous and friendly. The shampoo always includes a complimentary scalp massage which I enjoy. Lisa DeMaria, the owner, is a first-rate hair stylist who is able to interpret the look I want and customize it for my features and hair type. The price is competitive with many others in Westchester and NYC and, given Lisas skill, talent and lovely personality, it is worth every penny. I am a very satisfied customer.

Lisa has been cutting and styling my hair for years, even before she founded Salon Topaz. I continue to go to Salon Topaz because I love what Lisa does with my hair. Ive had other staff cut and style my hair, apply make-up, and highlight my hair. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Yes, they are a bit expensive, but talent this good is worth the price. Also, the hair products that Salon Topaz uses are earth friendly and superior to anything you buy at CVS and the like. So, go ahead and pamper yourself. Go to Salon Topaz.

Salon Topaz is a very comfortable and welcoming salon in lower Westchester. I recommend it highly. The staff is professional, attractive and up to date with whats new and trending. They take the time to patiently listen to questions and requests and will gladly discuss haircut and treatment options with each client. It is an oasis! I recommend a cut with Lisa DeMaria, the owner, and highlights with Liz. Jenika is amazing with curls.

Sydney was great. She colored my hair in such a beautiful way, and gave me a stylish, easy to manage haircut. She took the time to show me how to style it both for work and for the weekend. She took the time to make getting my haircut feel luxurious and did a wonderful job. Im do glad to have consistent hairstylist again!!!!!

friendly staff .. hair cut came out great .. I usually pay 20-25 $ for my hair cuts but in this place they charged me 45$ for a cut that everyone else would charge a lot less... they are expensive so ill rate this salon a 3 ..
