When it comes to getting my hair cut.... I want my hair cut today!! So that makes me a notorious walk-in customer. I stopped by New Image right after work... popped my head in and asked if they had time for a walk in. Carolyn was in the middle of a blow out but stopped for a second and sweetly said sure... as soon as shes done. It was a lucky day for me for sure because Carolyn cut and styled my hair to perfection!! I walked out of there one very happy customer! I will definitely be coming back to New Image and probably make an appointment next time lol. Thank You Carolyn for your expertise and experience!!

I got a last min appointment yesterday and was very happy with the results. My hair isnt the easiest to do and they did an amazing job ( it still looks pretty today) when multiple people comment on your in Macys then you know to return to the place. They were quick and nice.

They dont treat their customers with respect. Its hard to make an appointment and store hours sucks. Only good thing about this place is that they use Kevin Murphy products.
