I had surgery about a week ago and I needed my hear washed. Since I was unable to do it myself, I thought maybe I could go and get a hair salon to do it for me. I was next to staples and decide to take a chance and go into Hair Dimension thinking that maybe they could help me out ( not many people would touch someone that just had surgery). Even though they were about to close Danielle the reception asked Nora the Hair dresser and Delores the hair assistant if they could stay a few extra minutes to help me out. Delores was very caring about not hurting me (my surgery was in the neck) she waited until I was able to get in a comfortable position and was very gentle when washing my hair. Nora was just as caring. She was worried if she was tugging on me a little to rough (you know the pressure you need to use when blowing drying hair) but she was not rough at all. Through out the whole time she kept asking if I was okay. Ladies I truly appreciated the time you took today to help me out. The hair looks great!!!!!!

Do not use Shakia as she gives terrible haircuts. Told her not to put layers in and she did plus angeled cut my hair which I dont like either. My hair is normally parted in middle, but she did side part which I was unhappy with. Now, that I have been doing my hair, it is difficult to hold style even if I blow dry or straighten. My side bangs are to short and in general choppy and falls in face. Have to wait now till grows out. Not sure if I will go back to salon as this is third stylist I tried. In general, other staff is nice and friendly. Shakia saw I was nervous getting my hair cut with her. Went to her based on reviews I read. I told her several times no layers and she said to me "I heard you first time." Rude to speak to customer like that. Very upset that I got a bad haircut yet again. For $55, it could have been better.

I got turned away from another salon....i was in tears because i had damaged hair and a half highlight job from day before and had a bad experience. Angela took me outside personally and told me they would do whatever they could to fix my hair and make me feel good again. Considering i was in tears from past salon and my situation with damage.....i felt welcomed and like she was a best friend lecturing me on how i still looked great. Thank you so much to everyone who worked here that made me feel welcomed and like i still had hope for my hair ( it being long but damaged through out i cherish having my hair length) i take very good care of it and i will ABSOLUTELY RECCOMEND THIS HAIR SALON 110%.

Shakia is fantastic! She transformed my teenage daughters look, cutting her long hair and giving her a short, trendy hair cut. She listened to not only what I wanted as a mother (afraid of a short hair cut for my daughter), but also to what my daughter wanted. Extremely hard to do, but Shakia made us both happy! She is a wonderful stylist. She has been doing her hair for 2 years now and we will continue to go to her. She takes her time and gives my duaghter the attention she deserves. Excellent value.

My middle name is Roberta and I just finished my first appointment for color and haircut at Hair Dimensions on Tuckahoe Road with my stylist Nikki who gave me an awesome color and cut, she nailed it. The experience comes with shampoo and massage, that is completely relaxing. I will definately be returning and dont hesitate to make an appointment if your looking for a salon and ask for Nikki!!!!!!

I just love this place, were to start is it the great atmosphere, the wood floors, the lovely ladies that give you a scalp massage while they are washing your hair, The friendly staff, the great products they sell or the very knowledgeable hairstylist. Is all of it and now I take my husband and young boys for there haircuts and they love it as well. I highly recommend it!!

a great place to get a hair cut. my stylist (Giavani) gave me a great new hair style, very precise, professional, creative and caring. I got a amazing new look, and had a great experience. it may be a bit pricey, but the hair-cut is well worth it. Ill definitely go back again.

I absolutely love this place ! I was greeted with a smile and a woman named Stephanie cut my hair. She did an absolutely amazing job. She made me feel at home and very comfortable. She was sure to give me what I wanted and I left satisfied and glowing !

Wow this place not only looks great but thats how you feel when youre leaving. I am a guy so I was a little skeptical about going to a hair salon. But with all the hot girls I see there and the great hair cuts, I cant complain. Im never switching!

I only see Nora! She is the best in my opinion, in fact other stylist have used color combos she has done on my hair because of how fabulous they have come out.. she is talented. Angela and Vanessa are gems and lita does wonderful eyebrows !

I just got a wonderful haircut at Hair Dimension! Everyone was very warm and friendly, and Vivian took her time to turn my long, split ended hair into exactly what I wanted. I will be going back for sure :)
