Brought my daughter in yesterday. She was screaming, moving and crying I felt so bad for the lady because my daughter kept hitting her she has so much patience she just kept trying to soothe her while she cut her hair. I give her props because if that was me I wouldnt be able to cut a moving childs hair. I love the lady because she took her time with my child unlike half these childrens salons.. She didnt give me that " you cant keep your child still" face she just kept it all together. Like the person said up there, I respect all the patients she had with being the only one there. Shes blunt with you, She told me she will try her best to cut it evenly but its really not her fault my child was moving; Hopefully she will get used to haircuts and not give the stylist such a hard time next time. Definitely bringing her back more! They get free play after with a good hair cut! Whats better than that? A dinky surprise from a treasure chest? no! Free play for two hours in an indoor jungle gym!

Second visit, both times not a good experience. The salon is well set up for kids: cartoons, seats like little cars, toys etc, but the service is utterly joyless. Both times we went, the woman working here seems both irritable and perfectionist, not a good combination for someone who is supposed to be specializing in toddlers! I have enough to do keeping my kids calm for a haircut without fielding anxious/grumpy comments. Next time I will just go to my husbands barber where they are friendly and do just as good a job.

My second visit and I wont be coming back. Place is dirty, hair everywhere. Then the lady cut my daughters hair unevenly, 2 inch difference and she told me "it is too hard" and gave up. My daughter was sitting perfectly still and wasnt whining, the lady just didnt care. I have to go somewhere else tonhave this fixed. I could have handled a little uneven hair, but this is significant. I had to review because I dont want other people to go to a place that doesnt care whether or not your child leaves with a good haircut.

Took my 2 daughters and son there, experience was phenomenal! Shes very good at what she does, especially being the only one in the shop it must be incredibly hard but she gets through it... Followed her all over for years, shes a wonderful women!
