Dont know who the guy is who posted the 1 star rating but this is not a solicited review and guess what? I can spell, make grammatical sense and dont sound like I missed the "No child left behind" education program!!! I have been in gyms all my life and I have yet to meet a more caring and family oriented environment which is perpetuated by the owners. Its all trickle down. Price is AVERAGE for a crossfit gym and MUCH cheaper than a regular gym membership with the add-on of personal trainer costs. Commitment, caring, relationships that are nurtured, positivity and optimism are infused into this environment and you are made to feel as if you are part of a family. I could not recommend this gym more.

All the five star reviews on solicited owner contacted me twice to upgrade his reading which was originally three stars and because of that Im knocking down to one the place is overpriced hes the only one with in a 7 square mile radius as a CrossFit gym only so hes got a nice in the market otherwise save your money join a cheap gym in hire personal trainer at the end of the year it come out cheaper and you will get better results . Not worth the $200 a month you get a lot of other things that are cheaper on Groupon and in other places you just might have to travel a little bit more

My mom lives in NYC so I come visit her often, as I got into crossfit recently I found this box close to her area and I realized they accepted drop ins. I told them I was interested in coming for 2 weeks and they couldnt have been more welcoming. Rob and Veronica are amazing along with the rest of the coaches and most importantly the atmosphere there is like a family. I cant wait to go back ! thanks for everything!
