staff is very rude, especially girl at the front desk, and owner does not listen to customers request. i came in with blonde hair requesting to do a blonde root touch up, and walked out with dark brown hair. was extremely upset and still months later trying to fix the damage. when I left a bad review on yelp, the owner Raphael found me on facebook and asked me to remove the review and he will give me a full refund, i agreed because we live in the same community. when i came to get my refund he only wanted to give me half and was very rude to me, i told him that i do not want to argue, came for what he promised to give me. then his tramp looking receptionist yelled at me saying i should be happy that i am receiving some money back and was ready to fight me. she said i was ugly and old. the salon contacted me, because they do not want people to hear the truth about how the treat people,but once I got there the owner and his receptionist, attacked me in front of other people. i get my hair done for years, and never did I experience such behavior, i gave them one tar which is too much but did not have a choice.

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not i mean DO NOT try getting a haircut at this place or doing your hair whatsoever! The owner messed up my hair so bad its short uneven and looks horrible and they tried making a lame excuse saying i needed to blow it out to cut it even.. Honestly never again. This place is a no-no if you are trying to mess up youre hair then go for it! They will do a heck of a job! To top it all off i went today to take my money back and the other hairstylist was trying to buy time like wait hold on this that. I had told her i need to go and she was looking at me weird and saying but what happened i wasnt here yesterday bla bla bla.. Like you dont need to be here you see my hair its uneven just give me my money back and bye! Seriously i regret going here i am so sad and annoyed cause i had really long hair and thinking i will get a beautiful haircut now i have to keep it up because its horrible!

The worst service ever.. Well when I called the lady rudely answered the phone. Didnt say hello or thank you for calling. Gave me a time and when I went for my appointment for a haircut and mani pedi I just told her I changed my mind about my nail she rudely stopped me and screamed front of all the people in the salon saying I sent people home because of you n now your changing your mind.. She didnt even let me tell her why or I dont have enough time.. Nothing than I was like okay I will get full set than she had a problem with that saying I dont think I can do your hair because you want full set now. Okay I took and and left with so much anger I never been this disrespected especially from a person I was willing to give my money to.. I would never ever go there I wont even suggest anyone to go there no wonder it was empty and no one wants their dirty service

As a local I have been to every salon in the area and have stuck with this ever since it opened. I love the atmosphere and customer service. The stylists and nail techs go above and beyond to achieve the look I want. They dont finish their job unless Im happy and from what I have seen they make sure to keep all their customers happy. The owner Rafael is extremely nice and talented and his work is amazing. The prices are affordable as well. I implore all the men and women in this area to give this place a try, I guarantee you will be more than happy. Its been 5 years and you have a customer for life Milan Hair Studio!

If youre looking to leave satisfied with any hair, make up or nail service this is the place to go! I must confess I was skeptical about trying this place out because of a few reviews here but I have found it to be complete bs. Just moved into the area and in the line of work Im in I need to have my hair and nails maintained. My intention was to find a permanent full service salon where I can go to and rely on at least 3 times a week. I definitely found it! The staff and owner are incredibly accommodating and down to earth. Awesome prices and A+ customer service. You guys rock!

Ive been going to Milan hair studio for years and I love it each time. Rafael colors my hair to perfection, I always leave happy! Elana gives me the best blowouts! from Sephonia doing eyebrows to Liana and Maria giving me mani-pedis its my one stop shop! Everyone is so nice and accommodating, I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else! Keep up the good service guys, youre amazing!!!

The worst place you can choose. Rude staff young girl receptionist need to do smth about her social skills, old and dirty environment. I could deal with all that if they didnt ruin my hair. This salon is a manifestation of pure amateurism. How do they survive is a mistery to me....

Horrible service!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Not only are they really rude and cocky but they ruined my hair. Specifically Liana or whatever was extremely rude and obnoxious to a point I just walked out. Never going back!!
