I hadnt had my hair professional cut in 4 years because I had lost complete trust with hair stylists. Jess cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. It was so perfect, I had my daughter, who also lost trust, go. Jess is an amazing stylist. My daughter came home so happy.

Horrible customer service, dont even acknowledge you when you come in. Sat for over 20 mins before someone even said a word to me, long lines because they dont have enough people scheduled. Dont ever expect to get in and out even with an appointment.

They had one person working on a Saturday, with 4 people waiting for a hair cut. I waited over 45 minutes, and my hair cut was horrible. Meanwhile, people were walking in requesting a tan and got helped right away.
