I have mixed feelings about this place. I used to only see a woman named Asha - now I am told she has taken a job with NY State. I only went to her because I once had a bad haircut there when she was out so I decide to only go to her. Then on my way home Friday I went there and that is when I found out she was gone so I was then asked if I wanted to go to the next available person. I said I didnt want the next one, I wanted the best one. I waited 10 min. and the young lady I got was very nice....;. but how hard is it to layer hair? I went home and the wife told me that it looked as if I had straw for hair on the side of my head. It stuck straight out and was pretty uneven. Too bad because they are really nice. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me again - I think not.

So its my birthday. I had just hopped out of the shower and had all the products in my hair (stay on conditioner, silk) that people at sams recommended. Ive gone there for 20 plus yrs. So I decided to jump in my car and have them dry and straighten my hair only. They charged me $17!!!! All she did is dry it for gods sake... when I expressed surprise and said I though it was worth $12 (and thats being generous) the manager said this is not a bartaring place... Ive been a faithful customer for 20 plus years; they didnt use any shampoo or products on me;... but no long... they just lost me and over 5 bucks (which I gave to Gina my hair stylist). So in my opinion, the manager Kim is not a plesant person to deal with.. bye bye FS!!

I dont expect masterpieces from this place, but even with pretty low expectations this place has given my kids shockingly bad haircuts. People would ask my 8-year-old boy what happened to his hair after getting just the basic little boy trim. Im sure there are better stylists there but we havent been enough to know who is good and who isnt.

I brought my 5 year old son. He had a bad experience with the buzzers before and he gets very scared. It was not an easy haircut but merisa was wonderful! She stayed calm and was so nice the entire time. We will definitely be back!

Ask for Tamara. Listens to what you want in a cut and color. Very friendly staff. Good deals on products offered. Price is good.
