Being from the neighborhood Ive wanted to try Pilo for about 8 years but did not want to stray from Studio 19... I won a gift certificate and desperately needed a haircut- despite at least 4 friends saying they USED TO go here but stopped, I thought... its a free cut why not. I read reviews and was told to use Mo- he did a great job. Then when I skipped over to the front desk with my gift certificate, I was told Mo did not accept these because he was a "executive" stylist -WHATEVER THE HELL THAT MEANS-. How was I supposed to know he craps gumdrops? I nicely explained that I was not aware there was a difference btwn a REGULAR stylist and a SPECIAL one. Im sorry I did not go to LIBBS. A blonde manager was called over and she *immediately* went into ATTACK mode telling me it was not their problem that I thought I ould use my gift certificate. This woman was THE rudest, nastiest thing I have dealt with in a salon. I will NEVER go back there. I had intentions on bringing 2 freinds there for brazilian straightening but because of this CLASSLESS HAG I will make sure all of my friends and family know that there is NO customer service standard here- not even from a "higher up". This place should burn.

I had heard all the horror stories about PA, but had a gift certificate, so I had no choice but to use it. I was "assigned" jayne, and have been going to her ever since--about 3 years now. She does my cuts, color and recently gave me highlights that I got a million compliments on. She is always honest with me, telling me when I need to take off more than my usual 1/2 inch and last spring she gave me bangs to die for. I used the spa once for a Brazillian, and it was just ok, hence the 4 star review. i have thought about changing to a salon closer to my home, but I just cant take the chance! Jayne is brilliant and so, so sweet!

Very poor. I had gone in to buy a gift certificate for my mother as a birthday present. It was very busy as I waited to be attended and/or acknowledged. I noticed everyone inside before I arrived attended to and still awaited acknowledgment. The person behind reception just looked up and with tone of question said "delivery?" This was very rude. If it wasnt for fact that I was buying gift for my mother I would have reciprocated with rudeness. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE AGAIN N HAVENT

I have been going to her for YEARS now and she is the best I have seen as of yet! I am VERY picky and skeptical about how my hair would look but just trust her and you will be absolutely pleased! You have my word for it- no regrets! I travel from OH to NY to get my hair cut and its well worth it! It may be pricey- "you get what you pay for!" You dont even need anything in mind to suggest to her she will make you walk out the salon with your head up high with superior style!

I won a gift certificate for a haircut about 2 yrs ago and the woman who did my hair was very nice but I was not happy with how she cut my hair. She got too scissor happy. HOWEVER, I gave it another try and this time I asked for someone who they thought was great doing highlights. I got this lady Jessica and I have seen her 3 times already. I love how she does the highlights and hair cut. She is the nicest person you will ever meet.

I went there on a Groupon for haircut. First question was are you a coupon or Groupon?- yes.. and they assigned their worst stylist to take care of me. The conditioning didnt really happen before cutting ,they just did a wash and gave me with nasty towels. My hairstylist was the worst, I think she was just learning. It was awful, I hated the job they did! Dont go there ,at least not on discount offer!

This was my first time going to this hair salon to get my hair done. I was lucky enough to get Sia as my hair stylist. Sia was very professional, pleasant and diligent. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She did an excellent job on my hair and overall I was very happy with the cut. I will definitely be coming back.

Great experience! I initially purchased a Groupon, and I loved the cut highlights and blow out. Will absolutely be going again. Sia is the best for highlights! The staff is great and very attentive as well. Highly recommend.

This place sucks so bad poor skills the older woman who did my nails was nice but her skills was horrible. She seem like she did not know what to do an they do not have to many nail polish to choose from :-(
