In my entire life I never see such a horrible service and more unprofessional and disrespectful hair dresser like Kathy. Fist of all I called and make an appointment for 2 15 pm for my son with Kathy. When we came at 2:15 pm two another ladies was waiting outside with kids already coz salon door was locked and no one inside even gate was open. One lady said she had an appointment at 2 pm. We we were waiting like 20 min both ladies left I still was waiting( because I came from far) around 2 45 pm miss Kathy show up with her child she didnt say anything like nothing happened. When I told her my appointment was 30 min ago and all this time we are waiting outside and 2 people left already she just got mad.Then she took my son. Started work on him on half way he started to cry. My mistakes I should leave from beginning. When he cried I asked her can you be gentle she stopped everything and told me she is not gonna finish him because he is crying and she doesnt have to. I asked her if I can talk to the owner she said she is the owner and she doesnt care if Im gonna complain. I told her Im not gonna leave with half hair cut. She told that she will finish and she is doing me a favor. She finished somehow I tried to pay her she didnt want to take the money I still paid and left. I would never ever come back there again and would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE THIS HAIR SALON. I agree she does a good job but treatment like this! It is so many salon out there to go to awful person like her!!!

Allert!!! We had the worst experience ever. I brought my 4 year old kid at scheduled time and we waited 1 hour before owner of the salon with name Kathy took us. She was untidy, rough and rude. I saw how other kids were crying and I understood why only after she started haircut on my son. She proceeds to vigorously tugging a brush through hair. My son was repeating word pain for the entire haircut. I didnt let her dry and we paid $18 and walked away. He never cried before with other hairdressers. We never comeback to you this business again. The owner kathy should be ashamed the way how she doing business. When I told her to be more gentle to my kid, she was laughing in my face.

The best place around this area!!!! I took my 15 month old baby boy for his first hair cut Katherine was so nice, delicate and patience even when he was screaming so bad the whole process !!!!! I highly recommend it for babies first cuts!!!!

I have taken my son to her for 2 yrs so far, I have tried different places and no one cuts his hair the way she does. I love her, shes very sweet and does a great job!

Kathy is very patient and cuts my hair always the way I want it. I have been going to her salon since I was little. She definitely knows what shes doing.
