Wow! Trying a new salon could be daunting but let me assure you ladies, this is the place to be! I been to so many salons (including high end "Madison Ave") and never found the hair dresser for me or, my type of hair. Lets start with a basic check list Easy booking ✔, Clean, ✔, Comfortable ✔, GOSSIP FREE ✔ Easy going/warm atmosphere ✔. Found this place on yelp and gave it a go. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home (way beyond the typical "can we offer you water or coffee?"). As soon as I sat with Crissel, she walked me through a brief but thorough consultation. I was super apprehensive because I have had the experience of doing this with an outcome of the contrary; BUT she just got it- without having me repeat myself and feeling super secure!!!As you can imagine, I have had some pretty bad cuts but I finally found my "hair home". She is truely skilled and talented. Without instruction, she knew exactly where I have the most fulness and cowlicks, and pefectly cut and blew out my hair. I didnt have to go home and touch anything up! This was actually my third time here and this place has definitely proven their consistency and value!!! Pricing was More than reasonable with the quality of work you will receive here!!

This place was a nightmare !!! To me I book my appointment And the lady that answer the call she told me is 70 for partial highlight and I only did 6 foils . Long story short after I get my hair done I was very upset because the owner didnt do good job with my hair and all the highlight she did to my hair that hair fall out. I told crissel Is ok dont worry about it is just a hair and I went to pay I gave her 70 and 30 tips she looks at me and said what is this I told her I m paying For the highlight. She said is 220 for the because your hair is long and thick I told her I talk to the girl and she told me is 70 the owner that did my hair she said I dont care but u have to pay 220!! With the loud tone I told her This is not fear to me she said u have to pay I dont care I told her u know what just take thee money I m on my vacation I dont want to argue , she took. A advantages of me because I m young and she is a scam me very good and I waited till my husband came to pick me up I was very upset I will not recommend anyone to go to this place is horrible !! costumer service Sucks !! The owner is So rude !

Dont go anywhere else! I went in wanting a body wave, Crissel said she wouldnt do it my hair was bleached and it would damage my hair. Instead she gave me a beautiful color (my hair was about 10 different colors) and she gave me a great haircut that gave my hair a lot of body. We came up with a plan going forward to keep lightening the color and my hair will be ready for a body wave in a few months. In the meantime my hair looks great and healthy and I have found the best salon!!!

Incredible stylists. Crissells hands are made of gold! Im always blown away. Always up to date with the best styles, cuts and colors. My hair was so damaged from heat and color and she has literally brought back my curl definition of not better by using the best products and cutting my hair in favor of curly hair.

I love Crissell. She is the only person I know that can cut my hair any way I want it and actually do it correctly. My hair is long and very thick so it can get tricky. She makes me feel like I am ready for a photo shoot with how light and flawless my hair looks after she gets her hands on it!
