I just got my eyebrows done today by the lady in Alex Hair Salon. Shes the only one who does eyebrows there, and this is the second time Ive went here. The first time she did an okay job. Today she Literally took HALF of my eyebrow off. Before I sat down I told her exactly what I wanted. Im very specific with my eyebrows and made it clear I just wanted a cleaning and to keep the length of my eyebrow. After she cut them I looked and she had made them very short, when I said I had asked her not to cut the length she replied " I made them perfect, they were to long anyway ". I find that VERY unprofessional on her part, but I stayed and let her finish. After she was done, I looked in the mirror and was completely shocked, this lady took the top half of my left eyebrow off and made a dip in my right. When I say dip I mean that she left the first part and then cut the part after It so my eyebrow looked like a squiggly line. I was very upset, hysterical crying, gave her money and left. This is THE WORST experience I have ever had. I suggest NEVER going here for eyebrows.
