Felt scammed. My keys fell out of my pocket when I got out of the car and I had to get them out. I called them since they were located nearby... I had a quote price of 65 dollars from Eddie. 50 for service and 15 for coming out. I couldnt believe it so I asked several times to confirm the price. It was a lie. The locksmith came out and assessed the situation. Harry told us it would be 115. But If we paid cash it would be 100. What a wonderful discount. I called Eddie back and he said he would call me back. Never did. If they told me initially it would be 100 I wouldnt even feel upset... Thats the standard price and the service was very quick. I just didnt like the initial and final price difference. I wont be calling them again.

I also felt scammed by this cmpany in 2013. I was quoted $70 for a lock removal problem in my car but when they arrived they quoted me $190 just to saw it off. Ive been meaning to write this review for a long time but could not find them on Google as their receipt address is listed as "24 Hour Locksmith of NY Inc. - 15 Great Neck Rd. Suite #8, Great Neck NY 11021." I will NOT use them again.

Soooo 1am Saturday night. I need emergency service. They answer and then say someone will call back in 10 min or less. No one does and they don’t have the courtesy to call me and say they can’t find anyone ? Low life’s. To leave people locked out and waiting for nothing is rude and just bad business when you say you are 24 hours and offer emergency service.
