I called to have several locks re keyed. Gave me a time, called to see if he could come earlier and showed up exactly when he said he was coming. He even adjusted my front door and put a plate in and didnt charge me for it! Told me I could come by the shop anytime and he would make me duplicate keys...free of charge! Outstanding service and one of the nicest men Ive ever met!!
