Meir was terrific, and most importantly he not only finished the job to my complete satisfaction, but never asked for any more money from what he originally quoted though the job turned out to be more difficult that he first thought and therefore took much more time. I had asked him to change the outside handles for my Baldwin Springfield mortise lock as the original lifetime finish had become corroded and Baldwin provided replacements. When he took all the screws out, a key part would not come out no matter what he did. He called his partner, and being nearby, he arrived quickly. The reluctant part finally came out and the job was then quickly finished. He didnt leave until the lock was tested and found to operate perfectly, and the entire area was cleaned up. Highly recommended for his skills, and most of all his honesty!

This guy is a life saver. Long story short my fiancé and I were stuck at a gas station. We recently bought a car that has a key to the gas tank -__- and of course we didnt have that key. We called Meir and within minutes he was helping us. It was also around 6pm so I thought everywhere would be closed. But he was so professional and helpful. No one else could have done what he did. He stayed with us until we filled up the tank and drove off. It wasn’t just a job to him; he actually cares for his customers. I would highly recommend Frog Lock to anyone!!! I’m saving his number in case I need a locksmith again.

Before going to Frog Lock I tried dealing with Glass & Door and they were non responsive and dismissed my business. When I contacted Frog Lock, Mier came as soon as possible and gave me a wonderful price as well as clean service! He bought the new lock and came to my apartment to put the new lock on my door and it was done within 25 min. Strongly recommend if youve ever thought youve been ripped off by a locksmith! Frog lock does NOT rip you off, they respond quickly, & provide an excellent service!

Lost the keys to my car in long term parking jfk.... Was desperate since the dealership needed it to b towed and wanted to charge over $300 for reprogramming and $60 per every key made.. The whole thing would have cost a fortune and would take sooo long... One phone call to these guys and I had an appointment immodestly - they were able to give me a descent quote and to assure me that they can help me out! Kind, accommodating and personal. My biggest issue is he is not a trained locksmith and in Nassau county you must now be licensed to practice so when asked To provide his license he couldnt. Sorry to say but that leaves the door open to future theft. Nassau does a background ckeck first before issuing a license. He is a nice guy but that is not enough for me to trust him with my belongings. Please get your license before doing anymore work so our community can feel safe using you.

Meir, of Frog lock, arrived in a timely manner, and was courteous and professional from start to finish. He added a deadlock, making my door more secure. He changed one complete knob and lock, but was honest to do only what was necessary by simply changing the cylinder of another lock. Meir also vaccumed afterward. I appreciated his prompt, professional, and honest service. I would recommend Frog Lock.
