I called Steve on Tuesday and asked him about a zillion questions about changing my front door locks and slider lock. He took a lot of time on the phone with me and didnt excuse himself to speak to another customer until I was satisfied with all his answers. He made an appointment for the following Thursday and told me he would confirm on Wednesday... which he did. At promptly 8:00 am, Greg showed up to do the work I requested. He was professional, pleasant and very tidy! Greg was a perfectionist, not happy with his own work until it was up to his own high standards. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself and asked if there were any questions. I was extremely happy with the work done by Syosset Lock Shop and I will be happy to return to them for any of my other security needs in the future.

I had my front door lock repaired and could not be happier with the service I received! This lock is the houses original from 1929 and includes both key and dead bolt, the problem happened at 7pm when the inner knob came off in my hand and locks seemed frozen in place. I called Syosset Lock Shop and got an answer, I emailed pictures of the mechanism to Steve and Frank showed up bright and early the next morning. It first appeared the lock would have to be removed and sent to the shop as it is not one that could be generically replaced due to age and style but after a detailed inspection Frank was able to install a couple of parts and get things working better than ever. I received honest and courteous service from a real locksmith professional and highly recommend this business without hesitation.

I live down in Massapequa and we normally deal with a different company but we decided to shop around for another locksmith around the gold coast area. After shopping around the area to replace our locks from a previous robbery, I found Syosset Lock Shop, and wow! Forget about the other locksmiths, this is where you need to be! Not only were they friendly and punctual, they also helped me find a Gardall safe that no one else seems to carry at all (major points to Syosset Lock Shop for having such a huge selection!). They also gave us a consultation to point out the danger areas in our homes, and really went above and beyond to help us out. Look no further for a better locksmith in the Syosset area - this little shop is amazing!

I don’t usually write these but after my home was burglarized (the thieves popped the lock out) I found myself in the market for a SECURE lock. I visited several locksmiths but many seemed unable or unwilling to help me and answer my questions. Finally I found Syosset Lockshop in Syosset New York. They listened to my sob story and then helped me find the lock I needed, explained why I needed it and then gave me some tips so I could easily install it myself. These locksmiths in Syosset are professionals and their customer service was well above par.

When I moved to Syosset from the midwest, I wasnt sure what all I would need as far as security was concerned, so I stopped by the Syosset Lock Shop and talked to Steve about my concerns (me being from a small town to New York I wasnt sure what to expect) and he got me set up with a nice quality lock within my price range. He also showed me how I could set the lock up on my own without needing a bunch of unnecessary tools. Overall I would rate this store as being a professional business that cares about its customers needs, 5 stars.

Greg from SLS was our technician. Right from the start I knew we were in good hands. Greg was straight-up, no nonsense, and expedient in troubleshooting, solving, and remedying our issue. I came here to get a replacement key for my Honda Civic as the plastic case was cracked. They were able to replace the casing to something much more durable, and to also cut me a spare non-remote key that will start my car and open the doors that I can use as a spare.
