I contacted Elaad for assistance with bringing a large and heavy safe into my residence. I had attempted on my own but quickly realized I was out of my depth. Upon arrival the first thing Elaad did was take meticulous measurements of the safe and the entire route it would have to travel. He gave me the sobering news that there would be less than one inch of clearance total on both sides of the safe as it transited the main stairs. He asked me to sign a damage waiver due to the close confines. Wanting the safe to be installed I agreed. Turns out there was no need for a waiver. Elaad and his associate brought the safe in and installed it without causing the slightest bit of damage. They even laid protective coverings on the portion of my floor that was tiled to protect it. I am glad that I didnt throw a beer party for friends to assist with the move or worse yet go to a shape up location for day laborers. Elaad and his associate had the technical skills, experience and the proper equipment which made a daunting task proceed smoothly and without a problem. If you want to risk your property go the beer bash or shape up route. If you want neat, safe, professional work with good results then give Precision Lock and Safe a call. You wont regret it.

I am very grateful to have used Precision Lock & Safe to order a safe for the school I work at. Elaad and Dov were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all always accessible whether it be by phone or email. They thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of different types of safes and their installation. They specialize in restoring antique safes and create functional safes that are beautiful. You should really check them out. These two brothers work together to cover all the basics of servicing safes and locks and get any job done quickly and done right. Using a safe for my valuables is so convenient and I no longer worry about them. I have peace of mind. Addendum....A year later, Allead just helped me tremendously by thoroughly educating me and remedying some security weaknesses in my daughters new apartment. Once again, I am worrying a lot less. I cant thank them enough.

I had attempted to research and buy a safe online but there was too many options and not enough information. Other shops I went to were unable to answer my questions. I didnt want to buy a safe and have the hassle of hauling it home and it being the wrong one - wasting time, money and probably causing a back ache to boot. Elaad and Dov of Precision Lock and Safe were both extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick out the right safe for our needs and price range. They helped up with the set up of the new codes and even loaded two rather heavy safes neatly and carefully into our car. They offer delivery and installation options as well!! REALLY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!! I cannot say enough good things about Elaad and Dov Israeli. - Elaad is truly a master safecracker. He was professional and focused and opened my safe in about 40 minutes WITHOUT drilling or destroying the safe. He was very helpful in explaining how the safes work, the mechanisms and how the safe was built. An interesting learning experience too as Elaad was very willing to share his knowledge and expertise. For something that I was dreading, this was fast easy and reasonable. It will be a little more expensive, but you will save money in the end by having it done correctly the first time without having to pay to have your damaged safe redrilled, opened and removed because its now unusable. Thanks! Would highly recommend and use again!!!

Excellent customer service! I needed a reliable fireproof safe to store family photographs and other valuable heirlooms. They really went the extra mile to help me select the right one by answering my many questions about the materials and showing me all of the small differences that contribute to the quality of the safe, and LISTENING to my needs concerning price and size instead of pushing their own agenda. Very knowledgeable and efficient, glad I found them, highly recommend. If youre looking for a safe, these are your guys.

A+ great company, I was locked out of my car when my key broke in the car door. I called Precision Lock & Safe inc, They got to me in less then 30 mins and solved my problem without breaking my car lock but by simply taking his time to pick out the broken key part. He even made a copy of the 2 broken pieces of the key and made 2 new sets of keys for me. all this in less then a hour. They were very kind and respectful and did their job Great. Moses was sent to new house and we had 3 old doors changed to high security double cylinder locks. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the products. the cost was higher than we budgeted, but he explained why the prices were set this way. He made sure the enter job was done properly even though there were hiccups due to these older doors. it looks great and we couldnt be happier. I would definitely recommend Precision over any of the leading contenders on angies list.
