I must first say that they did an excellent job with my car, the fit and finish are wonderful, it looks brand new. However it took over a month to complete a job that I was told on the phone would only take up to two weeks. Im amazed with the results however and was lucky enough to have a good deal on a rental, so I cant complain too much. The owner and his wife were responsive to email and phone and it wasnt any trouble handling payment through my insurance. Hopefully I wont need anymore work done, but if I do I wont have any objections to using them again, although I would suggest to anyone that they discuss the timing of the work thoroughly before hand.
