Id give no stars if I could. Worst experience ever. I brought my car in after hitting a road sign, I stressed to Enterprise that I needed a fuel efficient car for I drive 100 miles a day to and from work. They gave me a Dodge Journey that rattled and creaked when it drove. So I had to call and get it switched out, they gave me a Kia Soul that the gas cap and key were both defective. As for H & V, they waited 3 weeks to order a part from GM that they say they couldnt repair my car without. Only after waiting the 3 weeks to even order the part, they find out its back ordered. They tell me theyll have it directly shipped from GM to their shop (which once giving me documents, they told me they couldnt have done), and just did an overall horrible job at keeping me updated as to when I would get my car back. Every time I talked to them it was another 10 days, another 10 days. They told me they would cover my rental and the extra insurance that I took out on it to compensate for the back ordered part and the mess up in rentals. When I finally picked my car up on the 30th of September (dropped off on the 16th of August), the detail job was horrible. And my silver on my shifting column was scratched and needed to be replaced because there was a large gash in it. They told me it would be 5 days before the column came in. A few days later, (October 5th) I check my bank account and theres a deduction that over drafted my account, for more than $300 for Enterprise. H & V didnt follow through in anything they promised they would pay for. Dont ever use them for anything. Liars, nothing but liars.

My fiances car was towed there after an accident due to sliding on ice. Immediately they were outwardly helping us figure out our insurance situation,and were very caring when we found out she didnt have any collision coverage. Her car sat in their lot for more than a week while we tried to figure out how to finance the repairs. The whole time they listened to us and were very understanding. In the end we decided to buy our own battery, replace it ourselves, and take it off the lot until we can figure out how to pay for it. After the whole time the car spent on their lot, H&V didnt ask for a dime. I need to say thank you for being very understanding and spending your time on us, when in the end we didnt utilize your services at all. I am confident that if we were to use H&V for repairs, the result would be a very impressive repair job.

I was extremely pleased with the staff and the facility every step of the way. No delays at all! Destiny called prior to confirm with us our appointment and was extremely courteous and professional as she advised us of the procedure and the staff who will b assisting us. Tim , Jonathan and Pat were prompt and thorough. They did everything to get our car back in shape and ready for pick up. The entire staff was knowledgeable and competent. Geico should be proud to have their express collision service at the H & V collision center. My husband and I will certainly recommend them to anyone in need of car repair.

Outstanding, professional and quality service. Delivered on all of their promises on time and as far as we know, budget (Insurance was footing the bill). Cant really tell where the repairs were made - best compliment I know of for a body shop. HOWEVER If dealing with rental company, use extreme caution if working with Enterprise. Failed to deliver on ANY promise made, delivered a car with check engine light on and totally filthy. Refused to pick up car after repairs were done and wanted us to trust their inspection. NONE OF THE RENTAL ISSUES WERE THE FAULT OF H &V.
