Worst auto center experience I have ever encountered. Went in for 2 tires and a inspection. They called me after an hour and a half and said I was failing my inspection because my right rear caliper was shot. I had just gotten my breaks done yesterday by a friend/mechanic and the car was fine. I told the manager Sean this and he raised his voice at me and swore at me. Then he said take your car and get out of here and slammed the door in my face! I was appalled that a manager would treat a customer this way. These guys have no clue what they are doing, my mechanic took it back to his shop and it was the E brake line that just needed to be lubed up as it got stuck when they were checking it. The mechanic at Sears also said the "f" word 2 times to my mechanic. This place is run horribly DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING!!

I was just there (12:00 on a Monday and there was virtually no sales people in the automotive section. There is a car top carrier I want to buy and believe it or not Sears has the best price - at least with an online coupon... So I go online and look at their hours - 8:00 am to 6:00pm every day... Hmmm... if you are going to have a brick & mortar physical location, how about having it open in the evening to accommodate those with JOBS??? I may just go to Amazon - it is $20 more but it will be shipped to my house no hassle.

Sears automotive is totally useless and inconvenient. I would suggest using a professional mechanic that is willing to fix your car and not argue with you about how it should be fixed and that they are not allowed to fix it. The manager Rob just wants to argue and tell you why they cant fix it or that you need to come back so they can find the parts instead of maybe even fixing it.

These guys were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I caught them in a free moment, so they were willing to help me with a procedure they dont normally do in the shop. They were extremely nice, and they didnt try to take advantage of me. It was really refreshing to meet genuinely good-natured people in this industry! Thank you guys!

I should have listened to the terrible comments posted. They finished my car, and after giving me outrageous prices they parked my car and left the battery running for 4 hours! 4 HOURS... Very displeased. I went in to complain about it and all they said was sorry I will go tell the mechanical technition.

Been bringing my car to Sears for regular maintenance for years. The staff is always helpful and fit me in without a problem. My car is always done on time and normally under quotes cost.
