Worse experience - Been a customer with this Firestone for over 15 years with 4 cars and I see the service is going downhill. After today I will take my business elsewhere. The car was in for inspection last Saturday. The safety inspection passed but the computer diagnostic didnt register because I changed the battery. The advisor ask me to drive 50 mile and bring it back anytime to have it finish. Said this should take couple minutes and I dont need to wait. They will do it right away. Bought the car in this morning at 9:00 AM and told to leave it all day. I complained that I have no one to pick me up and they dont care. Took the car back and return an hour later with someone that can give me a ride home. Now they said I need to leave the car overnight. How is that an option for me when I need the car to work the next day. And i cant just come back during the day because I dont work near by and the inspection extension expire in 2 days.

Called in Sunday morning and spoke to Elliot in regards to replacing rear brake pads and was quoted for 150. Went in but was told the job actually costs 165 but he would give me a $15 discount due to the misquote. Sounds good and asked them to proceed. Turned out I needed my front and not rear brakes pads replaced and luckily they had them in place. He also give me a recommendation on replacing the rotors, given they couldnt be resurfaces anymore, and brake fluid flush. I declined them both and wasnt pushed into either. In the end, a little overpriced but good and quick service. Will go back if need be

These guys are know what they are doing. I have 1990 toyota corolla, its a old car therefore alienment, tires, balancing, and everything else related to performance was outdated. I had to leave my car there for 6 hours. But my work was close by so I didnt care abut time. However, upon finishing, when I received my car back....it was like a brand new car again. It used to shack at 50, as a test drive I took it on highway and reached 80, still smooth like a luxury. They really took good care of my baby. This place is terrible. I was told it would take an hour to change one tire on my car. I have been here for 2 hours and my car isnt even in the shop yet. Someone else here was just over charged, but he caught it. Not that it matters but Im pretty sure the coffee here is just used motor oil. The TV doesnt work. The water jug is empty. Firestone headquarters must have forgotten this place exists. Avoid this location, its terrible. Go anywhere else.

I thought the fact they they intitally hit me with needing new brakes was a little off, but when i left with new pads, the "Brake Wear" red light was flashing and the maintenance one also.... Initially i was not happy, but they completely made it right efficiently and thats what a good service shop does, ill go back here

Worst experience.Rude,careless attitude.The guy who was in the front desk showing no interest to answer any of our quarries.He is even getting irritated while answering.I wish I could give them a negative star ratting
