Do not take your car here! They have no clue what they are doing!!!!Theyll do more harm than good and will charge for it.. I went in for a simple battery change, when they replaced it they claimed the car "wont start with even a jump" and the "starter needs to be replaced" which made no sense because before the car started without a problem...Then (after keeping the car for almost a whole day!) they said its an electrical problem because the the car doesnt get any power from the battery.I suggested,-after talking to a friend- perhaps the alternator needs to be replaced..They said, "no..it doesnt sound like it,its probably a burned wire and its time consuming to find which wire". Sure it is for $110/hr! I called AAA to tow the car to a mechanic whom my friend recommended..The Firestone mechanic said the car will be need to be towed and itll "cost you money"..as soon as I mentioned AAA, my car miraculously appeared front of the shop and running..The Firestone mechanic said he was able to jump started after all..Interesting... When my mechanic looked over the car he said it was the alternator that needed to be changed...and he found several things broken by the Firestone people: they broke a fuse top, unscrewed things in the car, never returned the screws and even disconnected my alarm system!!!It took my mechanic and other extra hour to fix all those things after replacing the alternator... I wish my friend recommended this mechanic sooner so I wouldve never had to set foot this place..ever!!! So please learn from my lesson Do not take your car here...

The only positive thing is that their tire change service is affordable, but everything else here sucks. I made an appointment to get my tires changed and I had to wait over an hour just for them to even get started on the car, so I was waiting there for nearly 2 hours by the time the work was complete. I may as well have just walked in off the street because apparently appointments are not honored here. Fast forward to just a couple months down the road, and I noticed that the balancing weights fell off one of the wheels. I called to address the problem and they said to come in and theyll rebalance the wheel for $15 or whatever it was...excuse me? Why should I have to pay to get the wheel rebalanced when your idiot techs didnt install the weight correctly in the first place. Ive never had a balancing weight fall off in my life, and I can see exactly where it was mounted. You guys should try standing by your work and making good on your mistakes rather than trying to squeeze money out of customers for problems that occurred due to lousy work by your lazy techs.

I was their loyal customer since 1989. I have seen a dozen managers changed over the years. One thing that never changed is treatment of the customers. If you do not know engines - they will rip you off. If you do, you will have to come back twice and demanding the job to be properly done. Their rate is $110/hr while the rate of shops across the street is $80/hr and they do much better job. The only thing they good at is oil change (if you have a coupon). However, my parents stopped going for the oil changes because they told them that they need to change the oil pan and it is going to cost them $300. I looked under the car and found that they did not tight bolt and the oil was dripping. Taking advantage over the old folks like my parents is all they good at. Stay away!

I did a coolant flush and the coolant was leaking as my engine began overheating. Took it back to them, they filled the coolant as it was low. Took it back the third time, and then then only they found a leak in the radiator. They should have found the leak during the radiator flush. By then my engine had overheated 3 times and one month later I lost pressure in my engine and my car stopped on the highway. I had also done an oil change with them who knows if they did that right. My engine went bad, a month later. I think this place is the worst and dont trust them. They suck people with low oil change ads and then totally mess up the car. I would never go there. I feel like suing them for ruining my car.

Terrible service. Today, after oil change and complete vehicle inspection heater fan stopped working. I noticed it and let them know right away. Kelsey (not sure about spelling) in polite manner said it was my problem not theirs. I highly doubt that this was a coincidence; however, the car isnt new and hypothetically it is possible situation. Also, I cant prove or disprove causal relationship. But... they also didnt screw one of the wheels well. I could move (screw/unscrew) screws with my fingers. The wheel wasnt screwed at all! Dont tell me it is another coincidence! Ive been generous giving you one star rating. You dont deserve it. Firestone provides unreliable service and its employees are irresponsible.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Dropped the tire off because it was flat, and asked to have it patched and ready for 9AM the next day. They said that was fine, so I went on my way. The next day I wasnt able to get in until 2PM, and my tire wasnt ready yet. When I asked about it, they had completely forgotten. So I waited around for 30 minutes while they fixed it, then they said I can go grab it from the garage. They just said "over there", didnt offer to walk it out, didnt walk me to it, nothing. The kicker is that when I got home I changed the tire back, went to bed, and the next morning it was flat again. Awful service, awful quality. Dont go here.

Im only rating this place one star because I have to. If I could, I would give it zero stars, partly because I wasnt even helped. Apparently, at this retail location, it is customary for the front desk person to let others cut in line and walk off to their car with them without telling the customers waiting in line why youre doing this, much less asking someone to cover you at said front desk and help the customers you just abandoned. To add insult to injury, I had made a reservation online. There is no way I will ever come back to this location.

I went in to get my front brakes changed and got charged $380, and I was offered back and front for $525. I opted out and didnt get the back ones changed. I left after the service was finished and now my car is making a noise and I went back and asked them what it was they told me its most likely the back brakes so again I asked how much is it to get them fixed and they told its $400. This makes no sense what so ever, im taking my money elsewhere these people dont know what theyre doing. I suggest you dont go here all they want is your money.

They do a decent job if you have lots of waiting time on your hands. Waits here are usually 45-60 minutes before they pull your car in and actually have someone start on it (this is based on coming here 5 times in the past 2 years, even when I ask what time to bring in my car to not have a wait). Todays visit was not great either, but primarily because the guy who helped me, TJ, was unpleasant and kind of rude. I didnt really appreciate it and Im going to start looking for an alternate place to take my car.
