I just walked out of the Supercuts (below address) where I normally get a haircut. It has been increasingly disturbing to me to walk in there each time and have to walk through hair on the floor, have hair in the chair and today, hair had been wiped onto the towel where the supposedly clean scissors had been placed. Dirty hair carries disease! I wouldnt expect to be wheeled through blood into an hospital operating room or be placed on the operating room table with blood on it or God forbid, someone use bloody surgical instruments on me for surgery. Neither do I expect to go into a dirty hair salon. I believe your establishments are violating health codes and you need to address this issue. Your employees need to be taught how to pick up a broom and use it as well as wipe down the chairs with antiseptic solutions and place their insturments of trade on a clean towel. All these professional duties should be practiced before each customer receives service.

Mismanged stored. Went there twice recently after making an appointment for a ser time. Both times waited 25 minutes past the scheduled appointment time before we had to leave. 5 minutes wait in no big deal but 25 minutes on 2 separate occasions is mismanagement. Will never go back.

Chain haircuts for reasonable prices. Service quality varies with which stylist you get, so if you find one you like try to schedule with them.
