I called Norm on Wednesday and he said sign the slip in it in the mailbox and he would have the carrier bring the register letter out Thursday. So I signed it left it in the mailbox with the flag up. Well the mail carrier put the flag down and left the slip into signed in the mailbox and nothing else. They need to hire people who want to work. They should be thankful they have a job in this area

Horrible experience. First they make me come out with the time limit they gave me, then they dont even have my mail set aside and say its the last time. The one woman was very snarky and unprofessional. I will never ask them for help anymore. Horrible service from horrible people....
