Ryan Ryan Ryan I guess you are the man here theyre not even done with my car and Im leaving this review but immediately over the phone gave me turn by turn direction patient on the standing knowledgeable and he just confirmed what a mechanic that I sort of didnt trust about my outer and inner tie rod to be changed. unfortunately I did not have the finances to do so today but very appreciate his honesty and just by his body language and him talking you can tell this guy knows his stuff in his not out to get you. I will be back my other car and I guess I found a new place it takes me half an hour to get here but Im okay with that. Thank you Ryan for making me feel like Im not being ripped off .

I went to Dolson Tire to have my car detailed and after 4 hours they return my car to me seats clean doors partially clean and according to them driver side window inoperable . The window was working when I bought the car in They offered to diagnose the problem for $109 after paying $200 to detail the car I did not feel that I was being treated fairly so I picked up my car and I took it to the dealer even though I cant prove that they broke the window I did not have a good feeling about the place I would not recommend anyone bring in their car there for any reason .the car wash is not all that great anyway your windows will have fingers prints. Find a new place to go.

I CALLED TIRE STORE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AFTER HITTING A GIANT POTHOLE ON RTE 17 M IN BLOOMINGBURG. I HAVE HIGH END MERCEDEDS WITH SPECIAL TIRES . THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE WAS BLOWN, BUT WAS A RUN FLAT SO I COULD GET HOME. I CALLED AND SPOKE TO A NICE FELLOW NAMED RYAN. HE TOLD ME HE COULD GET THE TIRES WHICH ARE RARE FOR SATURDAY. WHEN THE TIRES DID NOT SHOW UP ON SAT AM AS HE PROMISED. HE SENT SOMEONE TO PA 2 HRS EACH WAY TO GET THEM. I WENT OVER AT 4 IN THE AFTERNOON AND THEY PUT THEM ON THE FRONT AND DID BALANCE, ETC. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL SERVICE!!!!!. THX GUYS

I stopped in one day without an appointment as someone told me my brake light was out. I spoke to a gentleman who greeted me at the front desk. His name was Ryan. I told him that I needed a brake light put in and he didnt hesitate for a moment ( although he was very busy) to ask me where my car was. He walked outside with me and within 5 minutes my light was fixed. No waiting, friendly and he did it himself. I will be coming back for all of my car service needs.

My experience has always been great when coming to this shop. I go in knowing my car is in good hands; and leave with the relaxation knowing I wasnt taken advantage. Ryan is great and always takes the extra time to ensure I understand what they are doing and is always upfront with time involved and fees, so I dont feel like Im getting nickle and dimed. I would recommend this shop to anyone and highly recommend going in to see Ryan for any car or tire needs.

Will never come back here. I was warned by my friends that they overcharge on basic services, but this is ridiculous. I got charged $150 for a simple oil change and they didnt even reset the "Service B" reminder on my car that they said they did. I was quoted one thing for brakes initially and then the price got raised by $1200. Not only are they liars, but theyre extortionists.

Joe helped me get a great deal on the exact type of tires my jeep needed for my road trip. The service to change the two front tires and also a tire plug for my rear tire took 31 minutes. Very fast service, conveniently located off Dolson and staff was friendly and to the point . Great customer service and a great deal - I would definitely recommend to a friend.

My experience with Ryan was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist me with a brake problem and even made an additional call to my husband to explain what I did not understand. I also had my car at another shop and he called there for me! Ryan is one in a million and I will be back as needed. You do not see this type of customer service anymore
