Pulled in. The employee, while he was "working", was reminding his coworker that they deal with idiots all day. As a customer, I guess that includes me. After I paid I was instructed by the same guy to close my own hood. I never paid for an oil change where I had to close my own hood. When I pay for a service, I expect to not do anything. Just saying. Also, the price for the oil change was $12 more than I pay at my other place (to which I will be returning). And that price did not include: 1. a car wash 2. checking of any of my other fluids (both of which are done at my other place). And lastly, when I got home I noticed my hood was still popped open. When I couldnt unlatch it all the way, I saw that the oil cap was lodged next to the hood latch which was preventing me to open it. It took a minute and some jimmying but I finally got the hood open and returned the oil cap to its rightful place. I guess I was supposed to do a final check when I was instructed to close my hood at the place. Silly me. Needless to say, I will not be returning, unless of course I learn that theyve hired people that know what theyre doing.

So i went inside of the wash like this was an awesome car wash untill i was on my way out the wash stops in the middle of the tunnel, i was stuck in there for almost an hour, that made me late for work. So once i got out 2 mexicans was fighting so i would press on my horn so they wouldnt get ran over by my car. But they didnt stop so once my car exit out of the car wash tunnel, the guy pushes him into my mirror as it would break. So i got out the car and told them who is paying for this but they looked at me as if i was stupid. So i told them i am calling the cops on them so one guy all of a sudden started to speak english and took a look at my mirror and said it was already broken. So i filed a police report and after they dry my car they ask for a tip. If you Value your car i would not even enter this wash it not worth it, becuase this wash coast more then the breakfast i get every morning and they dont even fully dry your car. and they is very cheap with their tire shine

If you value your vehicle, go somewhere else. I have been going here since the place opened 10 years ago and it was one of the last car washes I would still trust with my car. Recently I took my brand new 2013 Audi A4 through the wash and the car got stuck at the end of conveyor. The staff motioned me to drive forward and when I did, something caught the rear mudguard and pulled it and the corner of the bumper right off. $1500 in damage and a new bumper required. The staff and owner immediately blamed me and refused to do anything about it. I had to file a police report, go through insurance etc. and fight them every step of the way. Again, if you care about your car and want a business that will stand behind their work, go somewhere else.

Did an absolutely horrible job cleaning my truck. After paying $44.00 it came out looking worse then I brought it there. Never mind the owner yelling at his workers the entire time. The only reason I went there is becAuse it was close to home. Last visit there

Pete runs an efficient place & my Jeep always comes out looking great. Free actually GOOD coffee, LOVE the lodge feel of waiting area. Hillary very sweet & Licorice too! "Q" is a great hard working guy. Best car wash ever.

I had an oil change (full synthetic) and opted for the red carpet wash. Cost me well over three figures. After the wash they gave me an additional to clean the dirt in my wheel wells. car was not spotless in the end.

There machine scratched the side of my car, and the kids who were supposed to hand dry my car were the definition of lazy. They cleaned 2/4 rims and I had water marks everywhere.

This is the best carwash in nj and oil change place they do brakes and tune ups and the price was great i love that place
