I was referred here when I was new to the area more than 5 years ago. I have an older car (14 years old!) that obviously has things that go wrong with it from time to time. They are good about telling me what can be put off and what needs to be dealt with. They have made a couple of major repairs and a couple of minor ones, and the repairs have always been solid and lasting. The desk is friendly and the waiting atmosphere is really pleasant.

These guys are the best. Ive been to a bunch of places for services ranging from a simple oil change to tire services. Comparing all they provide much better and quicker service. Very honest people and the techs here arent kids who dont know what they are doing like the rest but they are experienced guys with years in the trade. They lay out all the options for you to choose. I would come back even if I move.

I just had them replace my brakes and rotors. Made my appointment, dropped my car off at 8am and was able to pick it up by 2pm that day. Clearly explained the pricing, what needed to be done, and what it would cost before they moved forward with the work. Pricing is reasonable and the communication is great. Just went back to them to have the AC repaired on another vehicle.

The work they do is good, and the prices and people are reasonable. However their scheduling is not very good. My wife was here for 6 hours with a small child. They kept telling her a few minutes. Finally we rented a car so she could leave - 20 minutes later the car was done. I have gone for years and their work is good, but after this experience we will not go back.

Ive been a customer for many years. Theyre always truthful. For the last couple of months I had to bring my car to the dealership & they made up issues w/ my car. When I bring it to them, they didnt find anything. They couldve gone along w/ the dealership to make some money. Theyre a little pricey but as I see it, its better to get a good job & the truth.

The prices are reasonable and the hours are good, however it seems there is something wrong with the tires they sell here. I brought my car back a few times to get the slow leak fixed, but how many hours can I spend on this? Should I spend every week brining my car back? I just gave up, will use green slime on my brand new tires to fix the slow leaks.

tjd27 must be a competitor (not sure why the limo drivers are relevant to the service center anyway) because no one in the area has the service that Gogel offers. We go all the way from Parsippany. Theres even Wifi in the waiting room! Great place and very friendly.

Good thing I did more research, their prices were very high. One person behind the counter was very loud and rude. Get prices before you buy. Shop was empty but they told me 3 hours to get my car done. Go figure. So I left and got a better deal and faster service,

The wait time was not long and as promised. The front desk staff was courteous. But there was smudge left on my steering wheel. Their technician did not bother to clean their dirty hands before handling the vehicles. Not professional.
