I waited four hours to be told i couldnt get an alignment done. Lazy staff and mechanics that seem to do anything to waste time or get out of doing work. I was told that they couldnt honor my LIFETIME ALIGNMENT SERVICE that i paid for because the parts looked too clean so i mustve gotten them changed so it voids the warranty. What the hell. Im taking this to management. Why would i pay so much money to be told theres no point to get it done. Dont go to sears. Especially this one. Staff was uneducated as well as the mechanics. U can clearly see them on their phone sitting on a customers car in the shop. No good. I wish i could get a refund.

Beware! After buying 4 new tires from them I was approached and told I needed to replaced one of the axles as the boot was leaking grease. What they were not aware is that I that exact axle was replaced 2 days before at my personal mechanic. After inspecting the boot, it was obvious they INTENTIONALLY punctured it to get more of my business. When confronted they placed their trust in their employees and directed us to their corporate offices. Stay away from this place unless you like to get scammed with unneeded repair work.

Worst place to take your car for tire or brake service. I had a coupon for for brake service. They totally ignored the coupon. They wanted to charge me 475$ front front break only. They get you to store / quote you more then what you suppose to pay. They are Scam. Specially front office guys are so useless. They are Rude. not help full at all. I will never go there again or send my friend. They waste my whole day. Just a pick a online order you wait 1 hour. Very bad service.

Good service, all repairs done well and employees were kind and courteous. Well-stocked shelves with good demonstrations of products and a wide range of car parts and consumer Accessories. Last time my mom went there the technicians couldnt even open the hood of her car.

Got here first thing in the morning. There is no one else here and they gave me a 2 hour wait time to install a battery. Horrible!! Guy who took information was not helpful and very rude. If you can avoid coming here please do! Terrible service.

Went for alignment I got a notification my car was done when I got to the rep in the front with an attitude he said its not ready have a seat I show him the text I received and he looked again and found my car ready
