My husband and I tried to make an apt to get an inspection on a Saturday afternoon and they said they had no availability but could take us first apt Sunday morning at 9:00. A little while later they called us back and said they can no longer take us at 9:00 and that it will have to be at 11:00- my husband tells them we needed the earlier apt due to plans we had and they said we could keep our 9:00 apt but it would be 45 min to an hour wait so we decided to just go with the 11:00 so he could just go and get out of there. When he went to the 11:00 apt they told him it would be an hour wait! I am extremely disappointed with their costumer service and I will no longer be brining my business there. I will also make sure that all of my friends and family know about our experience so they wont have to deal with this kind of service as well. Update: After and hour of waiting my husband asked how much longer it would be and was told they had to clear cars out of the garage but they didnt say how long that would take- they said once that happened it would still take them a half an hour for the inspection. My husband said he was no longer going to wait and would never be going back there again and the response he got was that he was told yesterday about this and my husband said no I was told I had an 11:00 apt not that I would have to wait hours for an inspection. The way you treat your costumers says a lot about a business. I can understand if they were busy but they should have been upfront with us instead of making not one but two appointments that they clearly werent able to honor.

BEWARE!!! SCAMMERS!!!! If I could give this businee zero stars i would. I brought my car in to have just an inspection. Jim from inside the garage then called me saying my car would not pass inspection due to the lower control arm bushing being bad. He then went on to say he knew it was bad just by looking at it and because "Its spitting grease everywhere." (were his exact words) When i came back to see the problem he showed me the part and the "supposed" grease that it spit everywhere. He then went onto to say that they would be happy to change it for me and they can do everything right there for $389.00 plus tax. It felt fishy to me so i said i would do it myself and took my car. After getting the part that cost only $30.00!! I found that a lower control arm bushing does not have anything to do with grease and it was functioning perfectly fine! I was unable to return the part to the store i bought it at so i decided to change it anyway which you can do yourself if you have some larger sockets, hack saw, battery drill, hammer, three jaw puller and a ball joint press. The "grease" Jim tried to show me to scare me was oil from my oil filter being directly above the lower control arm bushing and being repeatedly changed some oil drips down. So, either this shop has absolutely no idea what they are doing or they are trying to scam people and take hundreds of dollars from them for no reason. Please beware this is the exact kind of business that give garages bad names.

Was there on Sunday just to get 2 tires, was told it would be about 1 1/2 hrs, had to wait. 20 minutes later a guy came out to show me "the problems". Now mind you, I have a great mechanic for over 25 yrs, and my car needed an inspection in 2 days, (6 yrs old ). Mavis told me I needed front and rear struts, were leaking, a lower left control arm and rear brakes needed to be cleaned. My tires were wearing faster b/c of these issues and quoted me a price of 1145$ + tx. Got home and looked thru my car invoices and seen the lower left control arm was replaced less than 2 months ago! Dropped car off Sunday night for inspection and passed with flying colors!! Told my mechanic the story when I picked up car. He said another customer, which he never met, came to him for a second opinion, who went to Mavis quoted them a price for 2700$. The mechanic said he only needed one of his issues. Asked him to give him a quote for the whole thing, and he quoted him a price of 1300$ . Yes, clean, pleasant, but I know a bit about auto repair and I know my car. And I know when someones peeing on me and tells me its raining!!

Fast, friendly and honest service. Ive never had an experience where theyve tried to load other services or unnecessary repairs onto the work I needed done. The turn around is very fast and the wait time to get your vehicle in is short. They have free WiFi so you can work while you wait. The hours of operation are very good. Theyve even fitted me in when I had emergency issues whether that be at the opening or close of business. The free tire rotations are great. Oil changes and other maintenance work is reasonably priced. Tires are matched to online pricing and other retailers so you dont have to hunt for a deal. If they cant do the work theyll steer you to someone who can. For basic maintenance needs though they work well. I stopped going to dealers for basic maintenance. Mavis is less expensive, the work is just as good, and they take my concerns seriously. Anytime I have had an issue or question theyve addressed it to make things right.

My friend purchased tires 5 months ago and recently a tire fell off rim in perfect circle (fishy). No hole or anything hit. After calling Mavis and bringing in it She was told by service that theyve never seen this and it would absolutely be covered. Then the manager comes out and tells her this happens all the time and is normal. shes then told shed have to pay couple hundred for tire if she wants her car back. AWFUL management!!!!!!! SHE WAS ALREADY TOLD IT WOULD BE COVERED. My husband and I WERE customers. However no longer unless she is reimbursed and apologized to by manager. Im not stupid and know this is NOT normal on a 5 month old tire. Tire was obviously recap tire.....but dont worry this will be posted to facebook for community to see and corporate will be contacted. Manager needs to do right thing and reimburse her. Manager needs to remember bad service gets around much more than good service.

Called to get my father a alignment. After I little bit a fellow says come right up and get it done. Mind you its not close to home. Get there to be told a two hour wait? If we knew that wouldnt have rushed. I have three herniated discs in back and cant sit or stand long. Those waiting room chairs suck. This fellow we talked to might have been some guy in another store or office lying about wait time or not even know whats on shops to do list. Being lied to equals never going back to me. No business from me ever.
